Beautiful book even if you take the outside paper cover off, the hard binding is decorative.
Easy to make gourmet like every day recipes like:
Black Forest Roulade made with Kirsh or Cognac rolled up using a dark chocolate crust with a white creamy filling and fresh pitted black cherries.
Brazil Nut Brittle with chopped Brazil nuts and white and dark chocolate.
Chocolate Trifle made with Amaretto and mixed red fruits.
Deep Chocolate Cheesecake made with marscapone, brandy, and orange zest.
Every recipe has a full page picture but the drawback is the typeface is a small font and light colored so not easy to read while you make.
