When trouble comes in twos... Michael D'Angelo may be the driving force behind the successful Archangel galleries, but it doesn't mean he's perfect...he lost his halo years ago! Yet when a delectable woman shows up in Paris, claiming he's the father to twins, it's one mistake Michael is certain he's not responsible for. Fiery Eva Foster won't walk away until the twins in her charge are reunited with their father. Now the one person she'd hoped would help is the only person standing in her way. A line has been drawn in the sand, but when the spark between them catches, all bets are off!

A D'Angelo Like No Other was a did not finish. The prologue- underwhelming. It starts with a conversation...confusing since I don't know the relevance of the characters. Not a fan of books which begin this way since the conversation always feel as though I'm in the middle of a story not the beginning. Next- the first chapter. Utter fail. Heroine doesn't know hero, never met him and is ready to leave her niece and nephew babies with him. A perfect stranger. No dna tests done to confirm paternity. To add to that, she slaps the hero As HE'S HOLDING THE BABY.
So he questioned the heroine's tale. She never met him! She reacts with violence to a complete stranger.
No. Just hell no. The heroine isn't fiery, she's a bloody idiot with no self restraint.
I could have made past chapter 1 but I could not get past the actions of the crazy violent heroine.
I would have liked to give this HP zero stars or even minus stars, but that’s not possible, so therefore the 1 star rating.
What I find unforgivable, is that in their very first meeting in the beginning of the book she slaps him hard, really hard, in his face while he holds the baby. The baby starts crying out of shock.
She is a psycho lunatic. She shows up on the H’s doorstep and she wants to shove the two baby’s (whom he has never seen) in his face and just leave. She says he is the father of the twins because her sister said so. When he denies ever having met her sister, he gets the aforementioned slap in his face.
If you’re going to read this book, be prepared for a drama queen h who cries a lot. And who willingly does sexual stuff with the H a couple of times, but afterwards she is feeling sorry for herself and she is fighting verbally with the H as if it is all his fault.
Anyway, she gives the H a deep blowjob like a pro, without him even having to ask for it. And of course afterwards she bickers with the H, and she’s saying again that it was all a mistake.
Although she seems to give good blowjobs, she is really not worthy of him. This gentle giant H deserves a good woman and she is not.
Carole Mortimer in the 20th century was such a good vintage HP writer. I wonder if she has maybe a co-writer now that her HP’s in the last 10 years are so horrible.

What a disappointing series. The first one was okay, but this one and the second one with their insta-lust turning into love in under two weeks is just beyond my ability to buy. This was even more ridiculous than book two since there were children involved.
"Mortimer's final D'Angelo romance is intense and heart-warming. The eloquent dialogue flows, while the elegant Parisian settings glow. With the cutest tots as co-stars, the leery hero and spitfire heroine shine (RT Book Reviews)". 4 1/2 stars
this was the last book of the series and positively disappointing! I was so looking forward to Michael's story but at the end it was so superficial and unrealistic that left me much irritated.
D'Angelo'ların son erkeği Michael'in hikayesi idi..Dokunaklı bir romandı beğenerek okudum..Eva Foster ile birbirlerini tamamlıyan bir çift oldular. Bonustan bir de ikizleri oldu...
