I would recommend this book for Teachers who want to stretch out some of the lessons here and integrate into other strands of curriculum. The pictures are awesome! My only issue is if you have a reader who likes to sit and read more lexile words in a given period of like 25 minutes, it is a fast read. I think you have to be creative how to use the book. It has 30 pages and there are plenty of choices for both small groups or whole class groups.

Not what we were looking for, this is a phonics book. We were looking for good, short bedtime stories.

Love all eight series of this E-book with audio reading along. Great fun phonics and tongue twisting practice

I think this book is great for young and beginner readers. I used it for a lesson plan about vowels and I think it is very beneficial.

We love the Math is CATegorical and Words are CATegorical series of books, so when we saw this book at our local library, we had to grab it. The book is a good one for beginning readers, although some of the vocabulary is a bit tough for our youngest. Still, it was a fun book to read aloud together.

This is a good book for a beginning reader because it uses a lot of rhyming words and allows a child to see the ways letters make sounds that are repeated in different words. However, the book is not an easy book for a beginning reader to actually read. A lot of the rhyming words are a little too difficult for a child who is just learning how to sound out words.

This is a great book to teach students about long vowels and consonant blends.

Our five-year-old granddaughter loves this book and can read most of it on her own. With cute artwork and lots of rhyming words, it's a good book for a beginning reader.
