my niece’s FAVOURITE book ! a classic, an icon, she is the moment and she will be read again and again and again

[Sarah]

Today I learnt a new word "Spookyrumpus." Apparently, the cats are the scariest in the book.

Daughter read this in the local library while I browsed. She giggled a few times, she could read the words and she absolutely loved the heat sensitive image at the back. loads of fun. she has asked if we can buy it from the bookshop next time we are there.

Lots of rhythm and rhyme, good use of onomatopoeia. Lots of spooky character - fit for a halloween evening read!

My eldest son has become quiet a fan of Mr Mitton's tales of late. Whilst I find some of the other books slightly too repetitive, this book makes for a much smoother read.

[Theo]

Theo absolutely loves the cats :-D

[Rachel Pinkney]

We liked this.

Aw this book is so fun! One of our favourites

[Rachel]

My son borrowed this from the school library and really enjoyed it :-)

Hauskasti riimitelty ja kuvitettu kuvakirja kummitusten syntymäpäivistä.

Daughter really likes this one. She loves anything that reminds her of Halloween. Great rhymes with nice, spooky illustrations.
