Many people throughout the world use the King James Version, and it remains the most widely known and quoted version of the Bible. For regular daily reading, many people like to carry with them a copy of the New Testament, which will fit easily into their pocket. This New Testament offers a larger-than-average print, yet it is still easy to carry. It is bound in soft Berkshire leather, with gilt blocking and edges. The words of Jesus are printed in red.
Books can be attributed to "Anonymous" for several reasons:
* They are officially published under that name * They are traditional stories not attributed to a specific author * They are religious texts not generally attributed to a specific author
Books whose authorship is merely uncertain should be attributed to Unknown.
This KJV edition was an easier and slower read this year than going completely through the Old and New Testaments like I sometimes do. I liked the large clear print of this edition, the size that slips in a purse, and the fact that it has the Psalms at the end. Psalms is a nice book to complete a Bible reading with as it's hard to beat the poetry, praise, and comforting messages found there. I highly recommend this edition of the Bible at your bedside or for your purse or large pocket.
