Index doesn’t have either page numbers OR links, useless! Photos seem stuck in at random and text sometimes gets lost around the photos, or the caption is duplicated.
This is a fairly good guidebook to the island, logically arranged so that it's easy to read up on the section of the island you're staying in. I have a couple quibbles as I found some of the information already outdated (prices changed, some places no longer in business, etc.) The free CD was so-so -- I'm not a big fan of Keali'i Reichel.
This is one of two general guidebooks on Kaua'i I've used over the years. On previous trips, I've used The Ultimate Kaua'i Guidebook, and I think I prefer it slightly.
Thinking of Hawaii today. How much I'd like to be there. Worked for the printer who produced this edition for Lenore. I no longer have my copy because I handed it off to friends who were heading to Ka'wai and felt they could make good use of this material.
