Interesting stories but most are from OUTSIDE of Buffalo, which seems an odd choice. Also in desperate need of an editor: repetition, poor grammar and punctuation, fragment sentences, etc.

It looks like a re-write of _Haunted WNY_, but split Buffalo from Rochester, just to make money. Not much new is added here, other than some different haunting experiences. And, it is not just covering Buffalo, but places within 1 hour drive of Buffalo... else it would be a much shorter book.
Pro's: I like the research and explanation of the Goodleburg Cemetery
Con's: Too many.
The intro talks about the Spiritualist founders Fox Sisters, who were from Rochester and eastward... NOT Buffalo. Of course, one author is a spiritualist, so I guess it gets 2-3 pages in the intro for being within 100 milers of the city covered.
Rolling Hills Asylum... listed as 30 miles Southwest of Buffalo. I guess that means in the middle of Lake Erie? It is actually almost due east of Buffalo. Closer to Rochester, actually. I live 10 minutes from there. My neighbor worked there as cleaning lady for 35 years. Never saw anything remotely haunted. The name is new, given by the owners to capitalize on this ghost hunting fad, and make it sound more spooky. It was the Genesee County Poorhouse. It's a cool looking building, and old and decrepit inside. Before this ghost fad, there used to be an indoor flea market there where we used to take our kids to sit on Santa's lap. No kidding!
30 mile Lighthouse. Again, another geographical confusion in the text, which mentions going to Buffalo or on the Niagara river. Buffalo is on Lake Erie. Go over Niagara Falls down the Niagara river, you get Lake Ontario, 30 miles east (hence the name) on Lake Ontario, there is a lighthouse. Nobody is floating past the 30 mile light and making port into Buffalo, not sure how they'd get up over the falls. I am still confused on the text.

Love it I live in WNY so it was fun to read about local ghost stories and the history behind them. Some of these locations I have visited didn't sense or see anything while there but it was fun. I want to visit more locations from the book for fun. If you enjoy reading about haunted places and plan to be coming to Buffalo pick it up for some fun on your trip

This was fun rad for Halloween. Some of the stories include photos of paranormal activity. Well done, well written,and the book itself is very good quality!!!!! Fun read for Halloween and some of the stories may keep you u[ at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting read with some poor editing
This was a cool Book to read, interesting to read about places I've visited myself. There were some places that could have used an editor, spelling mistakes and parts that don't make sense. Overall I enjoyed it though.

Really enjoyed this book and the history behind buffalo.

Kind of disappointing. The ghost stories were vague, and there really wasn't a lot of new information in this book. Most of it was information taken from that tv show about WNY Most Haunted Places which can be seen on youtube.

There are too many factual mistakes and spelling errors in this book for me to take it seriously. Has the author ever heard of multiple source fact-checking or editing spelling? Not a good book.
