Well organized unfolding of God's gracious redemption in Christ, from its roots in election to its fullness in consummation. Great doctrinal, practical and devotional systematic on soteriology. I would definitely read it a second time. Oh, the depths...
One of my recent avenues of study is focusing on Particular Baptist preaching and theology. For many in reformed circles they have been limited in their studies to Westminster and early Church writers. Particular baptists have a rich history and theology that should be considered by any serious students of biblical studies and systematic theology in particular. This contribution by Abraham Booth should be ranked right up there with Buchanan’s Justification by Faith, and I can think of no other work on God’s Grace I’ve read more fulfilling or sublime!
