Very useful but I think it focuses a lot more on missionary situations and Buddhists in people's friend-groups than simply a more general guide for all Christians interacting with Buddhists, especially in open evangelism. Still, even if that is your focus, this is a valuable guide.

Good introductory book with some clear and useful information about the history of Buddhism and how it differs from Christianism.
