****Edit June 25th 2012. I read this book back in February and the only reason I gave it a low rating is because it was incomplete and I didn't think a sequel was coming out. The sequel has just been released and I've finished it so I am changing my rating of this book. I really just wish the publisher had of made the information about the release of book 4 easier to find. Below is my original review. Book 4 picks up right where this one leaves off and you will want to make sure you have it ready because book 3 is a pretty big cliff hanger****

Now I’m just annoyed. I read the first book in this series and gave it a 2 star rating because I was bothered by how controlling the men were. Despite the fact that I swore I wouldn’t read the next book in the series, I was convinced to read the second based on assurances that there is a resolution to the heroes controlling ways. As promised, the second book did resolve a lot of issues and I gave it a 3 star rating. It also peaked enough of an interest for me to read the third. Here’s where my frustration lays—the third book.

The storyline starts to really pick up in the third book. The developments in the plot are really interesting and had my curiosity mounting. Elaine’s past comes into the story, there is danger, and even a murder mystery. Exciting right? Well, it would’ve been if I knew what the Hell happens. The book literally ends in the middle of the story. There is NO resolution, at all. I have no idea who was murdering the women because they don’t tell us. The wedding never comes. Elain never learns that she has shifted. Elain never finds out who the mysterious men are that are following her. It’s almost like there was a deadline to finish this story and the publisher demanded the unfinished manuscript and published it even though it was only half done.

Now, don’t get upset at me for revealing spoilers in this review, because really there are none. Just to warn you there are no spoilers in the book either. You won’t find out what happens. I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and that perhaps the author had just released the rest of the story in a sequel. Well, I can’t find a sequel. I’ve checked her website, Amazon, and a few book retailers and they all say this is the final book. It was published years ago now so I doubt another will follow. I am left feeling really angry at reading a story that feels incomplete. I can't believe people have rated this book 4 and 5 stars. Don't get me wrong what I read was good, BUT IT'S NOT FINISHED!!!!

Third book in the Triple Trouble series....and I'm angry!!! extremely frustrated...
This series started out slow with slow character building..and I wasn't sure if I would like the series...then came book two and things were looking up...really started liking all the characters and the plot was moving along nicely so I was really looking forward to Book three...this one. I wasn't disappointed..I was enjoying the read..the suspense and how the plot was turning...then it was FINISHED!! there was no conclusion...the story was left hanging..unfinished!...there was no ending...the book just ended!

I have scoured Tymber Dalton's sites to see if there is a book 4...with no luck..this was written a few years ago so I'm not sure there is any reason to hope that she will continue this series.

so..although I was really enjoying this book...I awarded it 2 stars...and that is only because I did enjoy what I was reading.

I recommend you avoid this series or you too will face disappointment. :(

Book Three in the series about the Lyall triplets and their mate, Elain. Not all is well in paradise. Elain is contending with some unusual feelings and stresses in her mind and body which no one can explain. There are also clues that all is not well--that Elain's unknown family background is hovering in such a way that their relationship and future existence may be in jeopardy. Again this is an on-going story and doesn't finish the saga. And the relationship between the brothers and their mate must survive and thrive in spite of some serious challenges, some of which are external to them, and some are dealing with their past and the feelings those revelations bring to the surface. Well-written and such an engaging story. All three brothers are unique and their personalities emerge even more in this book.

I got into this one immediately, but there was some choppiness to it. It kept talking about the blood oath, but it was never resolved. I don't know if there was some sort of problem w/ the book downloading or something (trying to give the benefit of the doubt), but the book ended VERY abruptly. In the end, it was a very unsatisfying read because of these things. This was a new author to me, and I have to say that despite these issues, I did enjoy the writing style.

20 minutes of scrambling later... NVM, not sure how far in the cliff-hanger is settled.

I am not sure why this book is one of the highest rated in the series. The storyline is all over the place and when there is an opportunity to resolve an issue or clarify something, the story deliberately veers off in another direction.

For example - a wedding was agreed in . Yet here we are in Book 3, and Ain & Elain are still not married! But....we have witnessed a violent public M-M mating between the triplet's "straight" cousin and his "straight" workmate (after the mating the couple spend all their time having sex at the ranch...apparently never having to return to work).

We are subjected to a shape-shifting by Elain that was deliberately setup to not be witnessed or confirmed, THREE trips to Applebees for an irrelevant ex-girlfriend sub-plot that goes nowhere, several shopping trips (oh...before I forget....Elain is STILL emptying out her apartment), and finally the cliffhanger...the arrival of Elain's mum with some fore-knowledge of the triplets.

Book 3 ends without resolving the identity of the two strange men that appear...only to Elain nor does it confirm Elain's shape-shifting heritage....

I feel so manipulated! I won't be reading Book 4 for a while.....if ever!

WHAT!??? where's the ending??

I was reading away looking at the amount of pages I had left, thinking,"This is going to have a rushed ending" Wow! I didnt think it would be that rushed. It just totally ruined the series! Is there another book!!! This ending has left me hanging, well it actually didn't have an ending! Very disappointed!

I have enjoyed the series although it was a bit slow and strange to start with, It certainly held my interest, until the end of this book. we have no resolution of anything that has happened right through the series. The whole point to reading a book is to have the mysteries held therein solved.Sadly we don't get this with these books.You are left totally hanging, practically halfway through a sentence.

21/2 stars really, just because of the non ending, and the fact that its really only half a book.

The plot of Three Dog Night is somewhat disjointed, and it dragged. The M-M content was a surprise with nothing disclosed in the book description or tags (just saying it should be part of description or disclosure note). The ending was abrupt and didn't resolve the plot conflict. Not recommending.

Tymber Dalton's series, Suncoast Society is so much better that it is difficult for me to grasp that this series is from the same author.

WOW. okay this does leave you longing for more. I am ecstatic that I have book four on my kindle. This author has created a series that changes with each page, but love the consistency of the charters. Elian finds she has a craving to run (which it hot within itself). It leaves you begging for more and more. WOW.. okay I must end this.. I need to know.. A must read, but only if your have book four in hand!

OMG where is book 4.... It's been a couple of years. I kept getting closer to the end thinking there is a lot of story left... No way it can get wrapped up in the pages left. I get to the last line and scream NO!!!

Such a super sexy series!! It was interesting from the start and had so many wonderful twists and turns.

I really liked the way the characters interacted and they were all engaging!

I absolutely love Tymber Dalton's and this book is no different. This book was no exception, but obviously you need to read the previous books in this serious. I enjoy the "cliffhanger" at the end it just makes you want to read more of the story. I like the peronalities and dynamics of relationships of the characters. The only thing I wish was they were out quicker lol.

Read in late 2010. Excellent novel with a killer concept, one of my favorites written by Tymber Dalton. Loved this one but the ending kind of ticked me off and then I had to wait so long to get the next book. =(
