This book saved my husband's life! He had been ill and was being buried in antibiotics. When he got thrush, none of the doctors knew what he had; I did. I found this book about a doctor's son who was autistic and getting worse and what happened when they removed yeast from the child's diet. It worked for the boy; it worked for my husband. And the recipes are tasty and easy.

This book was definitely an eye opener and gave us ideas on how to correlate behavior to food intake and output, but my son did not eat any of the meals I prepared using the recipes.
