About the author

Ben M. Baglio created the brief for two series of children's books - Dolphin Diaries and Animal Ark. Dolphin Diaries features a girl and her family from Florida, who travel around the world as marine biologists and study dolphins. Animal Ark features two children who work together to help animals and solve animal-related mysteries. The books were written by commissioned writers in the UK under Baglio's instruction using the pseudonym Lucy Daniels. Each ghostwriter is named with a 'Special Thanks' on the copyright page.

Using his real name he also wrote the book series The Pet Finders Club, featuring a group of three children who search for peoples lost pets.

A very cute story from the Pet Finders Club series. Kids (especially those who looove animals and dogs) will certainly enjoy this fun series!

This story has some great elements in it. In addition to finding out where Honey, the long-haired Chihuahua has disappeared to, the Pet Finders also need to become "Owner Finders"... because an African Gray parrot flew into their classroom and needs to locate its owner.

I have a Westie for a pet myself, and was so pleased when a West Highland White Terrier made an appearance at the pet salon for a bath... so cute!

These books show great qualities for young readers to see, such as responsibility with animals, volunteering for a worthy cause, and other good morals.

my favourite part was when they finally found and rescued honey from the warehouse. the worst part was when she somehow went missing. My favourite character was buddy the dog. he was so funny sounding trying to jump through the hoop at the dog show. Auryn 13 years old, 2016
