Contains a few interesting juice ideas, but much of the health guidance is not scientifically validated. The recipes/ideas may still have nutritional value, but the framework and explanations are not evidence-based. Many recipes rely on difficult-to-source ingredients and may not appeal to most readers.

Odd claims:
- “Any live juice must be consumed within 15 minutes.
Virtually all the minerals and vitamins are lost through oxidation after 15 minutes.”
- “Eat the biggest meal at noon when sun activity is strongest. Solar vibrations aid digestion.”
- In regards to the “Levels of Mastery”:
“[Level] 5 Master- 50% of diet consists of juices and herb teas. 50% of diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables. No grains, nuts or seeds.
[Level] 6 Ph.D - A "Ph.D." purified would consists of 100% pure air and water. Alas, we must first cleanse the planet.”

Picked this up at a thrift store after buying a juicer because of the live juices section. This is a total hippie cookbook. No animal, no sugar, no salt. There's not a ton of recipes in it, but sometimes too many recipes can be overwhelming. I like that's it's simple. There's a few recipes for children's menus one being tofu spread...yeah right like my meat eating boys would try that haha I was looking forward to trying her tofu chili that she mentioned, but it seems that it may have been on the page that the previous owner of the cookbook ripped out.

I did not like the taste of the recipes. Maybe I did not cook them right
