Normal caveat, this is an area of medicine with lots of quacks offering cures, so be wary.
The q & a format made this easy to read, to pick up and put down. The book contained a wealth of information, yet this disease (as most, I'm sure) has so many inconsistensies and variations, that I am not sure that I got the answers I was seeking.
