For people who are in need of a book about Testing in TEFL, this would not be the one I would recommend since it goes into detail about anything and eveything about testing which is unnecesary (for a MA candidate). Yet there are many charts and tables that exemplify any given fact and/or info. I would highly recommend Testing for Language Teachers- Hughes (2003) if you need a more compact book for studying.

I studied this book for my MA Entrance Exam.It gave me a new theoretical foundation in Languge Testing!
