Good book. I may require it for my ed psych teacher ed students as a supplement. A good bit of practical advice/strategies though a bit heavy on assumptions (e.g., until policy makers realize that learning takes time) that suggest teachers shut their door and teach as usual regardless of the pressures of testing. A very abridged version of neuro research as it applies to teaching.
