This book helped me a lot as I went to Canada, leaving my country Philippines for awhile. This book helped me to be courageous, reflect with my past and how I can use it in the future with the Lord. Im starting to write on my coffee book now ☺️ Thank you Miss Karon for this wonderful book. It rescued me from depression and helped to remember not to fear or doubt God. I will forever be grateful with this book you made 🥹 ♥️

I read this book when I was really feeling down about being single. I felt like I'd NEVER find a man to love. It gave me the strength and desire to willingly wait, using my time for good, until the right man came along...and he did! At the time I needed it most, this book touched me so deeply that I gave a copy of it to my other single girlfriends for Valentine's Day.

Has a lot of great tools to use while in your wait, helpful Scripture to ponder and apply. The book breaks down into 7 sections: The Highly Overrated Virtue of Patience, Gathering Your Tools, Knowing Who You Are, Rediscovering the Guidance That’s Hidden by Doubt, Rediscovering the Courage That’s Hidden by Fear, Rediscovering the Peace That’s Hidden by Worry, When the Waiting is Over

This book came at a perfect time for me. Great mix of humor and insight. Wonderful scriptures. This book inspired me to journal for the first time in my life. I need to constantly remind myself that His timing is SO much better than my own. Hmmm...maybe I should read it again....

Short little book but I took my time and really got a lot of encouraging advice and scripture references. I've been impatient probably since I was born...but I don't have to stay that way. This book helped point me in the right direction.

I took my time (like other reviewers) and wrote down scriptures, meditated, etc. The author speaks in a way that makes you feel comfortable and can relate to. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels "stuck" and needs motivation and encouragement to keep on moving forward.

The second one of her books I have read. It's about waiting on the Lord for His will.
