I thought this book was good because I love historical fiction. The reading age would probably be 4th grade and up. Chester Arthur was born on October 5, 1829 in Fairfield, Vermont by William Arthur and Malvina Arthur. What will happen to Chester Arthur in his early life, presidency, and after presidency? Read the book to find out!!!!!!
