I'm writing a New Adult contemporary romance set in Japan and this book was just a fun way to learn slang and culture in this amazing country.

Choto chapters outline the wheres, whys and "wa"s of Japanese culture and history. It's a cheap Kindle download and was an entertaining and informative supplement to a recent trip.

Haven't gone through the whole thing, but i think it's pretty cool, cultural references A to Z. Fun stuff, and not the super common what is a bento kind.
