Eating for Health is talking about food and what is good food to eat. The book shows you what is better to eat and its nutrition information. It talks about how an improper diet messes up your digestive system causing constipation. It also highlights how much fat and sodium is in various foods. The purpose is to encourage people to eat healthier. The author shows people what is good and what is bad for them to eat hoping that people will make better choices, for example eating fresh fruit or vegetables instead of fast food. Some of the book is convincing. There are a lot of facts which is good. However, it can sometimes be too much. I haven’t read any books about nutrients, but I can compare the book to what my doctor has told me. My doctor has told me to try and eat better to stay healthy. I would recommend this book to people who want to learn how to eat better. Overall, it is a pretty good book, especially if you want to try and stay healthy.
