Another outstanding narrative on Australia's founding as a penal colony.

Eye read 2024 (technically i guess i read this twice, once while narrating it and then again while editing the audiobook)
7/10 about the first uk settlement in australia within Sydney area.
Not a subject i’m interested in for entertainment value, so i made it a project to get through it. My audiobook recording of it is at the below address. Just don’t expect grade A performance i was even rejected by libravox for not having a loud enough voice for volunteer recordings ;)

I found out a lot about the topic as i wanted to have pictures that went along with the narrative.

A tentative begining
.... "it be recollected how large a body of these people are now congregated in the settlement of Port Jackson and at Norfolk Island, it will, I think, not only excite surprise but afford satisfaction, to learn, that in a period of four years few crimes of a deep dye or of a hardened nature have been perpetrated."
Enlightened leadership by Governor Arthur Phillip.
