I bought 3 books when planning my trip. This was the easiest one to reference to while I was actually in the park. The maps were great for people who were not planning to hike the backcountry. This also was a good book to have when referencing different ways to enter Yellowstone. Planning to keep the book for the next trip, maybe Grand Tetons in the future!

Well laid out guide.Covers scenic sites, drives as well as lodging and food. Excellent maps, clear descriptions.

After using a library copy for trip planning, purchased a Kindle Edition to bring with me.
