Hated the shortened easy version. Can see the original being kind of good. 2 stars for this one, 4 would-be stars for the original? I don't know, man.

Maybe I should read the original version (which I guess has more content than this one). But, I think this was a fun story. Some parts were kind of dumb, like the people's inability to catch him (I mean, he's invisible and all, but, couldn't you just throw paint at him or cover him with a blanket?).

Anyway, I also thought (based on the book's description) that Griffin was going to go mad due to a side effect or something, but no, he just wanted to "rule the world" with… terror. Yeah, because that's the best way to rule the world. (What was the point of that anyway?) How was he going to rule the world by just being invisible?

Well, I guess that it was easier to be a villain back in the 1900's. Still, this was a nice read.

This was pretty good, definitely a classic for a reason. It had some slow parts and at various points there was a narrator takeover with no warning that made some passage require rereading. Overall pretty good though. One of my favorite parts was when the Invisible Man details how he became invisible.
