lol, my friends dad gave it to me (probably as a joke but me being me, i decided to read it.) read it in a single day on the trip back home. i actually agreed with a lot of the topics and opinions in the book. and it was well written with pairing scriptures to back up a lot of the text.

August 24, 2022This is exactly what I would expect from an old white religious man from Texas. Can't say I'm surprised. This book is sexist, rude and out right dissapointing of spreading false information about marriage and "purity".

This book is seriously over simplified. The target audience for this book would be a very early teen or preteen who's already committed to remaining pure in a romantic relationship. In that case, this book might serve as encouragement. For anyone struggling with creating or maintaining romantic relationships, this book is a simplistic and immature skim of the surface of a very deep topic.

Definitely a good read for me as I teach high schoolers and have a daughter that will be a teenager before I know it. Biblical truths stated throughout, wish there were more questions for teenagers or prompts that could help them in this area. Overall, a sounds little book and super quick read.

Great little book to study through with Christian teens who are in the wild world of dating. It's brief, but has very practical suggestions that make it a great book to give as a gift to teens after a study about these topics.
