Although there a few old saws of recipes in this book, there are also mostly tried and true Americana recipes. I particularly liked the section on preparing for large groups. it tends to be middle of the road but that is what works for preparing food for groups of others. Worthwhile.

Brings back memories

There are plenty of great recipes in this book! Many I haven't had in years, a few that I lost the recipies to and am thrilled to have again.
