Much better than I expected. I think it is an essential book for both the oldest and youngest members of the household, though anyone could read it and learn something.
For older readers, it serves as a good way to learn and recall forgotten details; for the little ones, it introduces basic nutritional concepts.
While a few parts of the book are a bit outdated, most of the content holds up quite well, especially given its concise format and how quickly it can be read.
Some of the key takeaways from the book that I found most important:

To maximize nutrient absorption:
•Whenever possible, eat fruits and vegetables with their skin on.
•Do not chop, wash, or soak fruits and vegetables until you are ready to eat them.
•Choose whole grain rice and cereals.
•Although fruits and vegetables are essential, remember that their nutritional value decreases over time. If you do not plan to consume them immediately, freezing is the best option.
•Eat raw foods whenever possible. When cooking, use as little water as possible.
•Organic foods are generally more nutritious.
