The NutriBase Nutrition Facts Desk Reference is my go-to guide whenever I need to find caloric content and basic vitamin and mineral content in foods. It also has content values for fat, sodium, carbs, fiber, protein and more. It's very simple to use.

My version is quite outdated but I use it mainly for fruits, vegetables and whole foods.

Inaccurate and outdated book that I found among a relative's things and read out of curiosity. Contains some relics of the dark days of medicine, such as the lipid hypothesis.
