Those Three Words I never thought getting fired from my dream job would change my life. And I certainly never imagined three little words would be my undoing. Trust me—they’re not the words you’re thinking. Those three delicious, toe-curling words whispered by my boss were where it all changed.
When budget cuts at my local school leave me scrambling to find a job before I get evicted, I stumble upon the listing of a lifetime. How hard can being a live-in nanny for a little five year old girl be? Especially when it’s double the salary and comes with a sexy, single dad.
But the moment I step inside Graham Hayes multi-million dollar estate and meet the grumpy billionaire—I know I’m in way over my head.
Sometimes life changing news comes in the form of just three simple words. Sometimes it comes in the form of an unexpected, heart-wrenching secret and the fairytale is shattered. Sometimes, it comes in the form of the opportunity of a fresh new start.
You just have to be willing to take the risk and walk away or maybe…there’s three little words that can fix it all.
Just This Once I swore to myself that I’d never cross that line with her. But when Savannah Monroe, my chief operations officer, shows up on my doorstep with a proposition that starts with her in my lap and a promise of just this once…breaking the rules suddenly seems so enticing. At fifteen years my junior and the smartest woman I’ve ever met, she’s by far the greatest asset at Baxley Tech. From the moment I hired her, we had a connection—as friends, as a mentor. A lingering touch. A stolen glance. An unspoken attraction that simmers just beneath the surface, threatening to boil over.
We promised each other it would only be just this once. But now that I’ve had a taste…I want my fill.
Dirty Little Secret I'm the type of man that gets what I want. Hell, I didn’t become a billionaire before forty-five by playing by the rules. But then she waltzed into my life… Wren Adler, my head of PR and the star of every one of my dirty fantasies. She's driven, fiery and more than ten years younger than me. In other words, she’s off f-ing limits.
I should have walked away. I shouldn't have tasted her. I shouldn't have let my hands roam. And I sure as hell shouldn't have told her to grab the headboard.
Instead, I finally let myself indulge in the ultimate fantasy of pretending she’s mine. Now, she thinks that she’s my dirty little secret but the truth is, I’m not only lying to her, I’m lying to myself. I have to decide to take a chance on finally getting what I want, or walking away forever.
Each book in this collection is a complete standalone with no cross-over characters, cliff-hangers or cheating. Be warned, these men are spicy, sizzling and beyond sexy! Once you start...you won't want to stop.

Those Three Words – 5+ stars
Re: “Those Three Words” = Wow Times Three!
If you love reading Billionaire Boss romances, this one is a "must have to read now" book! Graham, the widower, single dad who avoids his daughter, Eleanor as she looks like her mother who tragically died. He hires Margot as a full-time nanny for Eleanor who is a perfect fit for this position. What he doesn't expect is the immediate attraction towards her. She melts the wall of ice around his heart, she's an independent, outgoing, strong sexy female, expecting him to spend quality time with Eleanor, showing the love & attention she deserves. She's got a backbone & stands up to him which wakes him up in more ways than meets the eye. This is a slow burn but when the chemistry ignites between them, the e-book will be on fire - engulfing you with their blooming romance & their time together. He is all alpha! Oh, and "Those Three Words" are referred in the novel & it's not the obvious phrase either! I absolutely loved reading this novel & you will too! Get it now! I'd give it 10 stars! It's amazing, very touching & romantic too!
Just This Once – 5+ stars
Re: So Hot! An Age-gap, Billionaire Boss Romance
An utterly hot & steamy novel between Savannah & Warren's longtime crush. While working at his office, there's this strong attraction but being untouchable because of the boss/employee code, the sexual tension becomes so taut that they roll with it & do give in "just this once". The drama, suspense, danger & jealousy has kept me interested right from the beginning on what will happen between these new lovebirds. Awesome & delicious dirty talk by Warren adds to the story, especially when they follow-through to try to satisfy their hunger. Once you start reading this novel, you'll realize their "just this once" rule won't be enough to satisfy their craving of each other.
Dirty Little Secret – 5+ stars
Re: What’s My “Little Dirty Secret”?
This is by far my BEST & favorite romance novel by Alexis Winter! Theo & Wren have rocked my fictional world of romantic novels. Their secret feelings start as a slow burn & escalates to a fierce inferno. Their romance is hotter than hot, keeping you riveted to the pages until the last page -- even then, I want more! I can't get enough of these two characters. Between the covers, is plastered with hearts, love, kisses & a troubling Ex to stir the pot.
Ten times better than a 5-star rating in my opinion. Buy it & feel the lovin' embrace your heart.
Dirty little secret - Theo and Wren just annoyed me most of the time. Wren was trying to move on from her ex, Penn. But she kept engaging with him. Theo, her boss, wanted her but was too backward in coming forward, strange considering he was a self-made billionaire. He was worried he was too old for her. It took too long for him to make a move and when he did, they both ignored it. I normally love this author's work but struggled with this one.

Just this once - Savannah has been working for Warren for three years. All that time they have been fighting their attraction to each other. Eventually Savannah decides to make a move and offers Warren just one night together. Afterwards Savannah tries a dating app to move on. Warren then discovers she has been abused at work that, and her dating, makes him realise he needs to be honest about his feelings for her.

Those three words - Margot becomes nanny to Eleanor, Graham's daughter after losing her teaching job. They fight their attraction to each other but eventually can't resist. He gets jealous at any interaction Margot has with other men and she battles with his housekeeper who has an intense dislike of her. Add in Margot's father, a business associate of Graham's and this adds to the many twists and turns in this story. The three words you might think are relevant to this story are not the three words I was expecting. A bit steamier than this author's usual work so be warned!

Those Three Words - 3 Stars I got into this book quickly however the characters and their relationship didn't feel fresh to me. I'm not sure what it was about them but I just didn't connect with them the way I normally do with this author. In this set, if I was going to skip a book it would be this one. Enjoyed but didn't love it.
Just This Once - 5 Stars Oh, the drama! I love this book from start to finish. Strap in and repair for all the push and pull of a really good tug-of-war where there are no losers. This is an age-gap office romance where they start off professional as friends and become something more.
This book flew by and my only complaint was that I wish it was longer so there was more to enjoy.
Dirty Little Secret - 4 Stars Theo has been attracted to Wren since he hired her. As the head, of his PR department, they tend to work closely together and have never crossed the line. Sometimes they're friendly but nothing more. Wren has broken up with her boyfriend who can't seem to let go and we see Theo become a bit bolder.
This story has a slow burn, there is a lot of almost, but not quite, crossing the line. Readers get to see both perspectives and know-how both Theo and Wren are feeling but the characters themselves are constantly left guessing and second-guessing.
I enjoyed that the relationship is built first on friendship and trust. It's not your typical taboo boss/employee storyline. We also have a hint of danger to move things along. Overall well written. I wish Wren had a bit more backbone, she's always backing down which goes against the strong, calls people on their BS, way her character is described. I guess it's just her default when it involves her.
Oh wow! Those Three Words was So good! I have to say, I didn’t expect Those three words! I loved Graham and Margot’s sexy age-gap romance. This is not a sweet little romp. It’s definitely hot and spicy. There were a few times when I had a lump in my throat and had to grab some tissues! It’s so emotional. It, absolutely, deserves more than a 5* rating! Just This Once: Once just was Not enough! Age-gap is my favorite genre and this one, definitely, did not disappoint. The steamy chemistry between Warren and Savannah was off the charts hot! Besides the romance, there was a bit of drama and suspense that added to the exciting story. I Loved it! Dirty Little Secret: This is an awesome, slow burn, age-gap, off limits work place romance. Wren is head of PR in Theo’s company, so a relationship is not allowed, They have been in love with each other for a very long time, each keeping it a secret from the other. Finally, the sexual tension becomes more than he can bear, so he makes his move. Then, there’s her ex, Penn, who won’t leave her alone and causes some drama. This book was easy to read, fun, romantic, and entertaining all the way through to the HEA. I adored Theo and Wren. This is a fabulous series and I thoroughly enjoyed each book.
Just finished the 3rd book. I still think that the 1st was the best and then the 2nd. I find wren very annoying with the constant issue with her ex like I do not care how awesome a guy looks and acts from what I read he was awful behind closed doors. She had all the confidence in the world but no inner self worth or should I say people pleased way to much at the risk of her own self.
These boxset contains three Beautiful, standalone books. Each book is a page turner, hot, steamy with lovely characters and a great storyline. I enjoyed each book and I recommend it. The author did an excellent job. Kudos 👏 💐.
A collection of three billionaires stand alone stories in one volume. The stories of Margot and Graham, Wren and Theo and Warren and Suzanne. An enjoyable read overall
Spicy, quick reads. Minimal grammatical and spelling errors. The last book might need trigger warnings for anyone that has dealt with narcissistic abuse. Other than that, I loved the series.
Loved the full collection. Each book had its own special touch. Lots of different and emotions. The adventures they all encountered. Look Thank you Alexis
