Falling For The Boss

Maddi and Jeriko can't stand each other. The only problem is, Jeriko is about to inherit his uncle's company and be Maddi's new boss. Will Clyde's retirement party be the thing to bring them together, or will they kill each other first?

Maddi loves her job, mostly. The only hinderance is her new boss, the current boss's nephew, Jeriko. They have never gotten along, but when Clyde demands they work together to plan his retirement party, they agree to try to set aside their differences for Clyde. As the planning unfolds, they keep catching feelings neither is sure what to do with, leaving both to fight through their emotions and satisfy their needs elsewhere. The problem is, neither can get the other out of their head, especially at the height of passionate relief with someone else. Sparks will fly at the party when a confrontation about a simple misunderstanding leads to an encounter neither can resist.

Delicious Blend of Sweet and Spicy

I really enjoyed this book! A lot of similar stories rush the transition from hate to Love, but Ms. Blake did a wonderful job of balancing both sides. The sexual tension between Jeriko and Madison was palpable, even when they were not getting along. I loved how Uncle Clyde had the whole mysterious plan in place as well. Overall, I loved this book and look forward to reading more of her books

This was a bit confusing to me. It's short, it has some spicy content but it's a bit all over the place. And she meets this other guy first, agrees to be sex buddies and then you never read about him again. Wtf?

Jeriko & Maddi- She's bored at work and starts reading a spicy book instead of working. Jeriko and her don't like each other and he is going to be taking over as her boss. She has a one night stand with a guy and Jeriko sees her with him at the bar and gets jealous. Her and Jeriko have to work on a project together and they hate each other. Lame so far. They finally get together and that’s about it! Just ehhh

Office romance with heat!

This book grabbed my attention and kept it throughout the book. I enjoyed being in the head of both main characters and experiencing their side of it. The descriptions made me a part of their sexual tension and made me feel other things, too. This is a great book for adults who want a sexy escape. I will definitely be reading more books by Vivian Blake.
