Frat Brats of Santa Barbara #6

The Bedroom Coach Agreement

Rate this book
We’re the least likely couple you’ll ever see. Until the lights go out.

Parker

My brother’s best friend has a secret. And I just happen to know what he does in a hidden downtown apartment at night. In front of a camera. Sculpted like a Greek god, Dayton soon becomes all I want.

But a guy like me could never hope to catch his attention. I’ve never been with anyone. I’ve never even kissed a guy. Hell, not even the strangers on dating apps want to take me out. And my brother’s growing worry that I’ll get my heart broken – or worse – is only making things more complicated.

There’s no pity in Dayton’s eyes when he decides to be my only ally. And there’s no prank behind the spectacular first date I ask him to take me to. Before I know it, I’m doing the very thing my big brother wants to prevent.

I’m falling in love with a guy who claims to be incapable of loving anyone back.

Dayton

My best friend has a younger brother. And he just happens to be a curious and inexperienced freshman. Ginger, sexy, and determined to have the time of his life this semester, Parker quickly becomes my newest obsession.

He wants his first date to be something special. And grand gestures are my specialty. I know all the pitfalls of giving away your V-card. Nobody’s first time should be as cold and careless as mine. A toss of a coin decides it: I am his dating coach. And more.

There’s only one little hiccough in our plan. His big brother must never find out.

Except, when Parker’s soul collides with mine in a night of exploration and delights, I risk more than losing my certified player status. I risk losing the only friendship I preserved through my entire life.

I’m not sure if that’s a risk I’m willing to take.

The Bedroom Coach Agreement is the sixth novel in the Frat Brats of Santa Barbara series. It features an unlikely pairing, big brother’s best friend, and first-time storyline. While this book can be read as a standalone, it’s just more fun to read all the books in order, starting with The Fake Boyfriends Debacle.

"Me too, I wanted to say. I like them big and small, tall and short, hard and soft. But I like you most of all."

I am loving all the books in Hayden Hall's Frat Brats of Santa Barbara series and The Bedroom Coach Agreement is no exception.

Whilst these books can be read as standalones, I'd recommend reading them in order to fully appreciate the cameos and interlinked stories. This is Dayton and Parker's story.

This book ticks all the boxes if, like me, you love:

❣️forbidden romance
❣️first times
❣️best friend's younger brother
❣️low angst
❣️steamy times
❣️all the cuteness
❣️HEA

It's been an constant up and down with this series. "The Wrong Twin Dilemma" and "The Accidental Honeymoon Catastrophe" weren't exactly bad books, they just didn't live up to the other books in this series. "The Bedroom Coach Agreement" is one of the good ones again and a worthy finale to the series. It's actually so good I'm sad now this series is over.

The premise of this book is "best friend's little brother" or "big brother's best friend" respectively. And it works because of fleshed out characters that are far from being stereotypical. I love well written stories.

👀 MY THOUGHTS-

🟩You know what guys, this is my 1st gay romance. (well, second, if you count that one Rebel Dakota book, but that was like....50 pages so.....)

🟩And I can easily say that this was THE BEST CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE I've ever read.

🟩Guys, the best and important thing about this book is, the characters are well developed.

🟩Like, if the character was assigned a certain part, he fight right into it.

🟩This was prolly the best slow burn you'll ever read. Because it did NOT feel like a slow burn.

🟩The attention to details is awesome. Because, Parker is a nerd, he randomly mentioned facts about stars when they were star gazing. Like..... he played his part in the BOOK SO WELL!!!!

🟩Like..... I'm sorry , my vocab is bad, but , it felt like Leo and Kate in Titanic. UNREPLACEABLE.

🟩This was a forbidden romance, which was depicted and executed excellently.

🟩the MCs sort of magnetised towards each other , but resisted the pull too.

🟩In forbidden romances usually the "forbidden" part is not well done by any author. Its just some silly 'my bro will say no' and all that.

🟩But, in this book, the author, miraculously, WITHOUT ANY SIDE CHARACTER'S POVs managed us to show WHY the relationship should be forbidden.

🟩In the start you'll be angry at Justin(Parker's bro) for being overbearing, but later in Dayton's POV he says that-

“And when I look at Parker, I see all the things that could happen to him. All these guys he could end up with who look very fucking much like me and you and the rest of this lot. It’s like we’re drawn to each other because we’re a bunch of psychopaths who need our dicks squeezed or we die.” He barked out a humorless laugh. “I can’t even open a dating app without fearing I would find Parker there. Or getting matched with someone who’s as nice as he is, then leaving them a wreck.”
I inhaled slowly, as quietly as I could. I wanted to turn into a mouse and scurry away unnoticed.
“Do you ever feel this way?” he asked and looked at me again. I should have breathed more quietly. Now that he looked at me, I simply shrugged.
“Because I swore off. You know? No more meaningless sex, man. I’m done ruining people’s hopes. And it’s too fucking late. I’ve already had more than a fair share of it.” He groaned loudly and looked to the sky for some divine providence, but seemed to find none. “We just hurt people. You
and me, buddy. We just fuck around and let someone else pick up the pieces.

😳😱This thing caught me off-guard , because in forbidden romances, you just feel stupid when you read why it's forbidden. But the forbidden here is JUSTIFIED. And IN A WAY that convinces the reader successfully that Justin isn't stupid for protecting his brother.

🟩ik that these books are fictional, but this was a perfect blend of reality and fictions.

🟩I had expected horny college guys and frat parties, but no, this book was about love, friendships, making choices.

🟩If Dayton was supposed to be 20, he ACTED like one. You'd think a manho would be an idiot with emotions. But he wasn't , which was a first for me.

“See, Justin is afraid you’ll fall in love and get your heart bruised. And you will, no doubt about that. But the difference between Justin and me is that I totally think it’s worth it. Heartbreak, mournful benders, orgy sprees or whatever is cool these days, are all part of growing up the way I see it. The sooner you embrace it, the sooner you know right from wrong.”

🟩If Parker was supposed to be the shy one, the author TOTALLY outdid himself with Parker's POV.

🟩Yk this wasn't a book where one is the macho one and other is the skinny cute shy guy.

🟩Both were given enough time in the book to be fully human. To be fully vulnerable and possessive. To be able to communicate with each other.

🟩Man, don't get me started on the communication. This book wasn't all about sex, about wooing, about ending up together.

🟩It was more than that, it was about looking at each aspect of our lives changing while falling in love.
💖Which P & D did.

🟩They actually talked with each other. They had meaningless conversations, which changed to serious ones. And the blend was perfect. It felt so real.

🟩At every step of the book, never did the author try to portray the MCs as people who made stupid mistakes, the MCs AND the side characters were thoughtful and acted according to the situation. Not making random reckless decisions.

🟩the book was very romantic. I usually get pretty bored with Slow burns because the internal monologues are tiring as-fuck.

“How fucked up am I to want you again?” he asked.
I chuckled and wiggled my ass to tease him. “Pretty fucked up,” I said.
“You think that?”
“No.”
He said nothing for a long time. So long that I thought he wouldn’t speak at all. And when he spoke, the words he chose were all the right ones. “I’ve never wanted anyone like this.”
“Like what?” I asked, craving more of his voice.
“Like when I’m holding you,” he said, voice getting somehow strained
and constricted, like saying anything was a hard job. “I feel like I miss something important. Like there’s an emptiness when you’re not around.”

🟩But in this book, the author hasn't fixed or stuck us in one moment, its a smooth sailing so that the reader never gets bored for a single moment.

🟩I think that the trip to winery was a really good part that the author added.

🟩The whole atmosphere and mood of the book was just awesome.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 THE SMUT-

I mention this separately , because ..... well because I REALLY loved that part. AND because its weird that in a LOOOOOONG ass time, APART from Jessa Kane, ANOTHER author was successful in turning me on.👀

🟩🔥Okay, first off, THE BEST FIRST TIMERS AWARD , goes to this book.

💜It was ...... literally .......... HAWWWWWTTTTT.

🔯Like.......

💜The best thing was, they laughed, and smiled and cuddled and snickered and turned breathless while getting it on.

💜It wasn't like one of those porn scenes where the drilling just starts and ends in 2 paras.

🟩This was SO sensual and sweet . AND PERFECT.

“You’re lying,” he said.
“I’m not lying,” I protested, pouting by instinct.
“You’re not okay, Parker,” Dayton insisted. “We should stop.”
I pressed my hands against his chest. “What if I come too fast?” I asked, deciding along the way that honesty was my best option. His chest rose slowly as he smiled. “Or if I don’t come at all? What if it hurts too much? You’re not exactly small. Or if I just lie there and don’t move? Or if I move
too much?” The more words that left my lips, the more that were pouring down from my brain, forming on my lips. “What if…?” Dayton pressed his index finger against my lips and, fucking hell, that was the hottest thing anyone had ever done to me. I fell quiet, blinking once and staring at Dayton’s smile, as he shook his head. “If you come too fast, I’ll finish myself with a hand while you kiss me. If you just lie there, it’ll be because you like it. If you move too much, I’ll tell you to slow down. And if you don’t come at all…” He chuckled and shook his head knowingly.
“You’ll come.”
“What if it hurts?” I murmured over his finger.
He looked deep into my eyes like he could see my naked soul in them.
“You’ll tell me if it hurts and I’ll stop.”
“Stop for good?” I asked, scared that it was the only outcome. I didn’t want to ruin it right off the bat.

🟩See, the first time was all about going with the flow, they actually talked through and they made sweet love too.

I was wet to my skin in an instant, but I only knew that somewhere in the back of my consciousness. It was locked up with all the other thoughts I didn’t let myself think. Instead, I surrendered to the flow of the moment. I wrapped my big arms around Parker’s little body and held him so hard I became aware I could break him with just a few wrong moves. But he didn’t squirm. He didn’t try to free himself. As water trickled from my head into his face, I leaned down and kissed his red lips like they were the only medicine that could save me. I kissed him with a thirst I’d never felt before. Before long, I was losing control of my actions. I pinned him against the brown-gold tiles and pushed the air out of his body with my weight. My hands ran over his back, feeling his bony shoulder-blades now and his firm ass then. His silky skin ran under my fingertips as I pressed his lower back, making him thrust his crotch forward and rub against me. When I reached for his ass with both my hands, he threw his arms around my neck and wrapped his legs around my hips. Using my sheer strength with the help of a hard wall, I kept Parker hanging from around my neck, half-sitting on my abdomen. I supported him with one mischievous hand that squeezed his cheeks in turn and ran the fingers over his tight hole until it clenched and relaxed. Slowly, as he secured his position with a tighter hold of his legs around my waist, I let go of his ass and moved my hand forward, closing it around the hard shaft of his long cock. I stroked him firmly until he whimpered over my lips, his brow pressed against mine. I silenced him with my tongue in his mouth and stroked him faster, harder, until he began jerking his hips up and down, rubbing my tightly packed cock. His cum spilled over my fingers after two minutes and his shuddering breaths filled my mouth and lungs as I kissed him like my life depended on it. I wasn’t letting go until I squeezed the last drop he had in him, and then some, torturing him sweetly with my hand. And when he was well and truly finished, he pulled his head back and licked his lips. “We don’t have a lot of time,” he said softly.
I wasn’t going to show any sign of disappointment, though. Besides, I was more than satisfied that I made him come. Except, excitement spilled over my face when he slid off my body and knelt in front of me, one hand stroking the bulge of my pants. “But we have enough for this.”

😍😍😍If this gets any hotter, I'll burst like a 4th of July firecracker.

🥺😍Idk if gay romances , all of them are supposed to be so good, but MAN do I wanna read the whole series now.

While the way Parker and Dayton get together is a bit unorthodox (Brother’s Best Friend agreeing to give Best Friend’s Brother all his firsts), their relationship is one of the most beautiful and pure of all the books in the series thus far. Their drama and angst were minimal and they brought each other things that the other hadn’t known they needed or wanted.

Dayton is a self-proclaimed f*ckboy, wealthy and he has a secret that he keeps in his off-campus apartment. He’s also the only one on his best friend’s younger brother’s side.
Parker is inexperienced, a fact that his brother, Justin’s “I know best” meddling doesn’t help and, surprisingly, his only ally is Justin’s best friend, Dayton – whose secret he discovers when he recognizes his unique tattoo during a viewing of said secret.

After spending time messaging each other after each video Dayton films and drinking beer together outside Parker’s dorm, Dayton listens to Parker’s lucky coin and agrees to give Parker all his firsts, beginning with a first date. What Dayton didn’t expect was for his soul to answer the call that Parker’s was sending out. They spend an incredible night on a boat, talking, laughing and, erm, bonding. Dayton doesn’t want the love he feels trying to barrel its way into his heart. He’s incapable of love, isn’t worthy of it. Since his own first time was horrible – he wanted Parker’s to be memorable, but in a far better way than his own and that’s all.

Almost the entire Frat Brats gang, Parker included, gets roped into a “working trip” to Caleb’s grandfather’s winery. It ends up being the day after their all-night first date and Dayton’s guilt begins to eat at him. After yet another tussle with his brother, Justin takes his frustration for Parker’s underappreciative response to his overprotectiveness out on Dayton. He says that both he and Dayton are destined to be f*ckboys without love forever because they’re the very villains he’s been trying to protect his brother from. After his word vomit, without knowing that his little speech makes him the one about to break his brother’s heart, Justin walks off feeling lighter. Dayton goes to Parker and ends things before they really get started, unable to handle the guilt of knowing he isn’t good enough for Parker.

When everything comes to a head the next evening, can Justin forgive his best friend and little brother for falling in love? Will Parker forgive Dayton for not giving them a chance? Will Dayton realize that he’s always been good enough and that his heart was simply waiting for Parker and his trick coin?

I received this book as an Advanced Reader Copy and, as always, my review is unpaid and honest.

Firstly let me say I got this book off gay romance reviews and this is me leaving my honest reviews
I’ve got to say I am thoroughly enjoying this series the frat boys of Santa Barbara. This is Book seven and in this book we learn more about Parker and Dayton.

Parker thought that when he got to college he would start to live his life as he saw FIT but apparently that wasn’t going to happen his older brother Justin had decided that he was going to make sure that Parker got from his college experience without making the same mistakes that he did. He couldn’t even go down to the bar and buy a drink because his brother had spoken to all of the waitresses and bar staff to make sure that he wouldn’t be served alcohol. And it really didn’t matter what he said to his brother it just never went in he never saw it from his side he loved him but he just wished he could live his own life. One night after not being served he was walking back to the dorms when he saw Dayton who is a very good friend of his brother sat at a bench drinking what look like very expensive whiskey.

Dayton was over the moon to see a bottle of very fine whiskey waiting for him as a thank you from Marco And Stefan. ( Which we met in the accidental honeymoon Catastrophe) but he then got a message from his good friend and roommate Justin saying he needed the room to make himself scarce. So he made his way downstairs to enjoy a drink in peace but that is when he saw Parker and he didn’t look happy. And this is the start of them talking. More than just a friend of your brothers. Dayton can tell that Parker is struggling with his brothers decisions so he gets him a beer and they really start talking. But when Parker finds out what Dayton has been keeping a secret from all of his friends it makes their friendship turn into something more. (I just don’t wanna go into too much detail)
These two come to an understanding especially when Dayton found out that Parker hadn’t been with another man before. It’s all the turn of a coin which way their friendship goes.
Honestly I’ve got to say that I think this is one of my favourite books in the series there is just something so special about the connection that Parker and Dayton have. It’s so sweet to see a different side of Dayton that he hides from his friends. But as they are hiding this turn of events from Justin what is to come if he ever finds out? Or will this just fizzle out?
I will tell you the passion and chemistry that these two share is off the charts and I’ll be very honest, I think my heart melted on the boat with these two. A brilliant read

I cannot wait for the next book in the series and I’m really hoping it’s just Justins turn and hopefully will see a bit of Everett?

Another day, another author crossed off my to-binge list. This is Hayden Hall's Frat Brats of Santa Barbara series. The sixth novel is "The Bedroom Coach Agreement."

This book was a fast one. Before you knew it, they were on that date. Which was probably 50% into the book. And right around that time, they were already in love. Though, they might have been in love (or almost there) by that first date anyway.

And the explosive scene where Parker's brother finds out about the two of them? (because you know that's in there). So. Fucking. Good.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I fucking love the brother's-best-friend tropes.

I can’t resist a guy falling for his bestie’s brother, or a guy falling for his brother’s bestie. The most satisfying kind of forbidden romance. . . for me, anyhow (don’t ask me why, I bet you could work it out if you tried, bwahahahaha). The Bedroom Coach Agreement, despite the tinge of angst and drama, was quite the sweet and fluffy way to satisfy my need for lovestruck brothers and besties. Dayton and Parker are a fun, playful couple, and a huge part of their allure is how they challenge each other.

This is an excellent read for romance readers who appreciate a slow build-up and more emphasis on the emotional development of the relationship, as things don’t turn physical until about halfway into the book. Even after that, sex scenes are pretty sparse (no fun happy times that feel a bit forced, not here). At the same time, not a single one is lacking. There’s still plenty of spice where it matters, to keep us smut sluts happy. Suffice it to say- this is the perfect thing when you’re on a romance binge and start to feel as if, as much as you adore all that glorious smut, you could use a bit of a breather.

This is also just the romance for you if you have a drama llama to feed, because Justin is dramatic to the nth degree. His need to “protect” Parker is practically pathological, like. Wow! You can’t help but want to get right up in his face and give him the chewing out of a lifetime for his deranged behaviour, but at the same time just sit him down and really figure out what on Earth had happened to him. Of course, speaking as a baby brother myself, I may or may not be taking his actions a bit hard. Ha!

I received an ARC and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.

Dayton finally reveals his soft and romantic side

After The Accidental Honeymoon Catastrophe, I couldn't wait to read the story of the man who would convince his friends they were married then send them on honeymoon to finally get them to admit their feelings for each other, because Dayton was either a potential psychopath or a closet romantic and the jury was most definitely out.
Turns out one event, or possibly two if you also count Justin's experience, has affected his attitude towards dating and love, so he sticks with hookups and his online hobby. Enter Parker, who he has known practically his whole life, but has never given much thought to except as his best friend's younger brother. Also turns out, Parker is exactly what he least expected and most needed.
Parker's brother, Justin, is acting like a dictator and a jailor, restricting Parker's every move like a maniac. Luckily, Parker finds an unexpected ally in Dayton but also unearths his hidden insecurities and the sweetness and kindness he hides.
Together they are funny and sexy, and how well they understood each other shone through. Their slow burn romance lit up the pages even before the sheets started heating.
It was lovely to see all the other couples (apart from the royals) together again, especially at the end when they put their two penn'orth in when needed. Dayton's word vomit had me cringing and I was shouting 'Shut up!' at my kindle every time he opened his mouth, while also laughing at the same time!
Oh, Justin. That boy has issues. Can't wait to see who tames him.

A Flip of a Coin Leads to Love

‘Parker was neither an awkward nerd nor so innocent. He was sex in tight jeans. He was a human embodiment of kink and thrill and danger, all packed into a small, skinny frame nobody would suspect.’

Dayton’s playboy ways get tilted on their side when his best friend Justin’s younger brother joins the boys, in Hayden Hall’s Frat Brats of Santa Barbara series.

Book 6 in this amazing group of books is exactly what we need, as these two young men, Parker and Dayton, begin a friendship that provides something special for each. Something they have never had with another. Certainly, there are highs and lows, as both must learn to navigate this ship of romance, (you’ll understand this reference in their pivotal scene on a yacht) but they weather every bit of turmoil that comes their way.

Hayden provides us with the equivalent of a heartwarming Hallmark movie, with every single one of his stories. We feel the the newness, the misunderstandings, the possibilities, and ALWAYS, the LOVE! The only truly sad component for us is when the story is over.

Hayden Hall knows what makes us happy, and continues to work hard at giving us pleasure in every single book.

I have always love this series and I am lucky to have read all the books so far. Congratulations Mr. Hayden Hall for yet again another bestseller!

Dayton is a happy-go-lucky kind-of-guy! He is always there for his friends, with all his shenanigans. He and Justin are closest amongst their group of friends. We saw in the previous books how their friends have paired up, only he and Justin are left single.

When Justin's brother Parker entered Highgate as a freshman, guys were warned off by his older brother not to date him, not even to serve him a drink. Parker is frustrated, he was so looking forward to the "firsts" that he'll be experiencing when he starts college, and now apparently he can't while his brother hovers. (sigh)

An alliance forms when Parker tells Dayton his dilemma and off they start.

But will everything come to a head when Justin finds out? Is Dayton willing to lose Justin's friendship because he has fallen for his younger brother? Is he even capable of falling in love?

Wow! This series has given men all the feels and I cannot wait for Justin's story. Thank you so much Mr. Hayden Hall!

I think that Parker and Dayton are my new favourite Frat Brats couple! With Parker fighting an uphill battle to get out from under his brother's thumb and Dayton fighting his own carefully crafted image, these two will steal your heart if you're not careful...

The Bedroom Coach Arrangement has just the right amount of build, forming a bond that you can clearly see forming and just the right amount of steam and sweetness too! Dayton has featured prominently in several of the previous Frat Brats books and it was amazing to find out who he really is and what made him choose his original path...

After seeing where Justin (Parker's brother and Dayton's best friend) ends up in this book, I'm looking forward to his book too! This book is best read as part of the series, but can easily be read standalone if you're looking for the brother's best friend trope, a virgin MC or size difference.

I have adored every one of the Frat Brat books and The Bedroom Coach Agreement was no exception.

Brother's best friend is one of my favorite troupes, and this one definitely delivered. Dayton is one of the many brats and one of the biggest players on campus along with his best friend Justin. Parker is Justin's younger bother who just started college. Justin is over the top protective of Parker and doesn't want him to go out, drink or meet guys to hook up with.

Dayton and Parker happen to be in the same place at the same time and start spending time together. Even though Justin has told all of his friends not to touch his little brother, Dayton can't resist and gives Parker all of his first experiences.

This is a sweet low-angst book and Dayton can't help spoiling Parker and falling in love at the same time. Parker and Dayton see each other for who they are and are absolutely perfect together.

I am hoping Justin gets his happy ending in the next book!

Every story seems to get better than the last but I think it’s probably because this is such a good series. I’ve enjoyed each and again this is a great addition to the series.
Parker is at college with a “helpful” older brother. Sadly, Justin is over protective and doesn’t give Parker room to experience college.
Dayton, Justin’s best friend and a man with a reputation that is all fun and no seriousness is at a point of wanting more than life is offering him. His interaction with Parker starts a series of events that changes all their lives.
I enjoyed the almost innocence of Parker and the softness of Dayton. It seems that everything about them is opposite. Size and experience are the standouts. I really enjoyed the way the author described Dayton’s background and what let him to this point in his life.
I will be anxious to read Justin’s story.

I dont think Dayton ever realised how Justins first breakup affected him... yes he swore of falling in love but now that Parker his younger brother was following his footsteps we get to see him dictate what Parker should and shouldnt do. No wonder Parker rebels, even if its not a huge rebellion, he drinks a couple of tins of beer and falls in love.
Dayton knowing how overly protective Justin is of his baby brother, begins to spend time with him. Just to stop him feeling lonely and shut off, which his brother made him feel. As he speaks to Parker, gets to know him Dayton starts to fall for Parker. As he never been in love, he doesnt realise this to begin with. When Parker asked for a first date, Dayton brings out the works, and with it tips himself head over heels for Parker.

These two are completely adorable.

The Bedroom Coach Agreement is book 6 in Frat Brats of Santa Barbara Series. An m/m brothers best friend.
I absolutely love this series and this is another great read to add to it.
Parker is new to the university and wants to let his hair down and have fun but his brother keeps getting in the way of that.
Dayton is more of a wild card no strings attached hookups, secret filming that his friends don’t know about. But a certain person might just figure it out.
These two become closer by secretly hanging out instead of going out partying and gradually become more.
I loved how these two fit so perfectly and the character building is great to see.
Would definitely recommend.
Interconnected standalone, can be read on its own but would recommend reading in order to spoilers and get a full background into these friends.

The blurb promised one thing but the story gave me something different but I’m not mad at it. This was jock falls in love with nerd but with some major feelings and I enjoyed it. I found their moments together in the courtyard to be sweet, especially when they just sat in silence and looked at the stars. And when Dayton pulled out all the stops for that first date – yeah, I would have had stars in my eyes.

I loved the camboy moments, especially after Dayton found out that Parker was watching and was ‘acting’ towards him. They were very sexy – very sexy!

I had some minor gripes – the main one being the behaviour of the brother. Perhaps something happened in the previous books in the series that explains his behaviour but it just seemed really over the top and more than a little bizarre to me. I also wasn’t too sure about all of the cameos of characters from previous books – I haven’t read the rest of the series and that might be why they didn’t gel with me, which is a bit of a shame.

All in all, an enjoyable read.

Parker and Dayton ❤️

4.5 Stars ⭐️

What can I say really...just another great read in this Series.

Hayden Hall has once again created the perfect pair, unlikely af and I adored them!! This book had just about every trope that's always on my wish list:

Best friends Brother ✔️
Forbidden ✔️
Steamy times ✔️
First times 🔥 ✔️
Adorable MC's ✔️

I cannot say enough about this book, the relationship development between Parker and Dayton was the perfect pace packed with perfection! It was low angst, spicy as hell and so freaking sweet. I adored their HEA ❤️ I can always count on the feels and fun from this author. I can't wait to see what's next! This is a must read, I 100% recommend.

I was so excited to see Dayton got a book and it definitely did not disappoint! I knew deep down under his carefree playboy attitude was a sweet softie! Parker is excited to start his first year of college and discover some other firsts; except Justin is overprotective and has limited his fun. Parker is Justins (Daytons bff) younger brother and off limits! But as Parker and spend more time together a connection just happens. I absolutely could not put this book down! Well written, steamy with amazing supporting characters. I hope Justin gets his HEA next! I received this book from GRR and these are my honest opinions!

This series is just getting better and better. I thought the last one was my favourite but I think I may have a new favourite. Parker and Dayton was a cute couple. Virgin Parker has just started college but his over protective older brother Justin is making his life difficult. But he finds comfort with Justin's best friend Dayton. They enjoy spending time together and there's clearly chemistry. Dayton agree to be Parker's "bedroom coach" and inevitably they fall for each other but Justin is making it difficult for them. But they have to decide how much they want each other. I really enjoyed reading it.

What can I say… Hayden Hall is one of my most favorites when it comes to these romances. And he certainly nailed it with this story.

Dayton and Parker had their…. challenges. In the most fun but challenging ways. And oooohhhh Dayton… What a PIA! But is he? Is he really? Hayden Hall knows how to write these characters best. You despise them but you love them. And you knew when Dayton got his story he was going to come through. And did he ever. And no, I’m not giving it away. And Parker…

Dayton and Parker had some of my favorite things: forbidden romance, first times, hot chemistry. Did I mention forbidden romance? They just worked on every level.

This is Haydon's best book yet! Dayton wants his best friend's little brother, Parker and the feel is mutual but they must hide it from Parker's brother. Haydon is pretty good at writing boy's flirting. He is even better at writing a sweet, first time love scene. Hot, slow, tender, take your breath away and tingle all over first time love scene. You felt their need, desire, and cherishing that you wanted to last forever and the growing realization of love. To be able to write those feelings takes talent. Loved this book! I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my enthusiastic, honest opinion.

I'm a big fan of the friend's brother trope and here it is mixed perfectly with that of the major player who suddenly finds "the one" and has to deal with suddenly having those intense feelings. Parker and Dayton are the perfect couple to play this story out with. Parker is a sweetheart with great strength of character and Dayton has an excellent reason for behaving the way he does until he meets Parker. There is a wonderful closing chapter involving Dayton, Parker, Parker's brother Justin and some very necessary apologies. For those of us who are Epilogue fans there's a sweet one of those, too.

I love this series! This is a wonderful addition and I can’t recommend all 6 books enough and even though this works as a stand-alone, reading them in order will give you much more understanding of little hints about the other couples.
In this book Parker wants to lose his V-Card and decides on his big brother’s (Justin) best friend, Dayton. Dayton has a secret of his own and he hesitates to give in to Parker, because he doesn’t want to lose Justin’s friendship, but he gives in to the attraction and takes Parker on a perfect first date. The story is so sweet, very spicy and has a beautiful HEA.

There isn't anything I can say about this book that is different from the rest of the series. Just like the other 5, this book is sexy, sweet, funny, charming, and heartwarming. Dayton and Parker are the sweetest couple that wasn't a couple, until they were. Dayton was definitely the king player of this group and to see him slowly fall in love with his best friends little brother....it just didn't get any better than that. I also love the constant appearances from the other couples too! In true Hayden Hall form, he left me wanting more of this series as well as his other books! I look forward to whoever comes next in this series!

Hayden Hall is always a confirmation.
I love his style! The pace, the flow, the characters, the hot scenes, everything is perfect!
Dayton and Parker are two stubborn people in their own way, their minds set on what's important to them. And they do anything to achieve their goals. Be it a drink on a Saturday night or renting a ship.😉
Also, it was a nice surprise spend time with Caleb's family and the Aunt Squad.
Definitely an amazing book!
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I really enjoyed this book. Wonderful characters. Dayton and Parker were so sweet together! In love with brother's best friend or in love with best friend's brother is such a sweet trope that has always drawn my interest. Justin was so crazy overprotective of his brother that it really affected Parker's life and happiness. Like, geez! The man is in college not kindergarten; Lay off! Dayton was exactly what he needed. The two of them had such steamy chemistry, and soon emotions began to get involved. Another wonderful read in this entrancing series. 5 stars.

A solid 4 ⭐️

UGH That was such a sweet book!!!! Dayton and Parker have my heart. This book isn't particularly deep or emotional, even if it takes itself a little too seriously at times. This was the perfect palette cleanser after more than a few dnfs. The only thing that made me roll my eyes once or twice was how everyone exaggerated their reactions to Justin's over-protectiveness. It was not as serious as everyone made it sound. He is just an older brother who doesn't want his younger brother to go through the same heartache that he did. Justice for Justin lol.

I wasn’t thrilled with the last book, but this one redeemed the series!!!! Hope there is at least one more book in this series!!!!

Intense and sexy

This story takes place in limited places and time but that is all that is needed to make this an incredibly read. It's intense because the MC's are intense and are sparking against each other. Intense sex scenes were fantastic and spanned over several pages, this is missing in so many romance books. This is a story of falling in love extremely quickly but it seemed to work well in this book.
