I’m about day 10 although because I’m travelling for work for one of the weeks and because I became quite fatigued on the other week, I am not doing 14 consecutive days in a row. I think it’s a brilliant book overall, although it’s unrealistic to progress from press ups that use your knees to full press ups using your body in a plank configuration. Also, the intervals, for some of the interval training, I had to take longer stretches of moderate intensity to recover before I went back into high intensity, again.

But these are easy to adjust, just take a bit longer in recovery if you have to between intervals, take a couple of days off in between if you’re very tired as I had to, and progress the difficulty level more slowly. For example I couldn’t get the hang of many of the balance exercise exercises beyond a few repetitions, but I intend to do this two weeks over and over again until I master it.

I did it mostly for muscle gain because on the road I simply didn’t have access to a kitchen to cook the food, although now that I am back for two weeks, I will be cooking the food using vegetarian substitutes.
