All the Carnies: The Complete Carnie Trilogy

Rate this book
The Fear Factory is in town, and with it comes the murder, the rape, and the cannibalism. Here within lies the three tales that encapsulate the Carnie experience ...

The collection includes the Carnie, Carnie Ball & Chain, and Carnie The Fear Factory.

The Carnie series is a collection of extreme horror novellas, painted with the blackest of humour. Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

CARNIE

Sarah and Mia would have been better off leaving the horror show that passes for a carnival when they had the chance. But one falling out with a stabby rapist clown and now they’re in the back of a lorry on their way to who knows where? Murdertown, probably.

Carnie is a deliciously disgusting tale of gaping maws and salacious gore. It is pretty nasty in places, so if you don’t want to read about that sort of thing, then perhaps you might want to give this one a miss, yes?

BALL & CHAIN

Jessica is to meet the same fate as those before her … or is she? She was at the Fear Factory. Now she’s in a cage, and everything has gone horribly, horribly, wrong. But worse, one of the carnies seems to have taken a bit of a shine to her.

Being married to a stabby rapist clown is better than becoming a sausage, right?

Right?

Ball and Chain is a disgusting tale of bloody rape, cannibalism, murder, and weird smells. It’s gross in a lot of parts, so if you don’t want to read about bodily fluids and sickening bodily fragrances, then perhaps you might want to give this one a miss, yes?

THE FEAR FACTORY

Revenge is a dish best served blood stained. Having escaped the cult-like existence of the carnie compound, they're out into the wilderness. And they’re ready for payback.

Violent, grotesque payback.

Joining the colourful cast of clowns on the road, Mia and Jess set about putting everything right, ensuring that nothing survives their brutal vengeance.

All the carnies by Ash Ericmore

Yes I know I know, another clown book. What is with me but hey it is Halloween!

This three part novel takes you through the depravity of a killer carnival. Taking what we all have thought about carnies and giving it back bones and reason. This story follows a few different couples and friends as they fight to survive through their real nightmares to stay alive, and get justice of their own!
I give this horrific gem 4 stars!

Surprisingly mundane for a kannibal killer klown trilogy

'All the Carnies' is three novellas, from extreme horror author Ash Ericmore, telling the tale of the worst carnival to ever to haunt the countryside of England.
Various couples visit the carnival's main attraction, an extreme haunted house, only to be assaulted, dispatched and made into hotdogs by some truly depraved backwoods clowns.
Outside of the second stories' hero, [Jess?] there is an fairly aggressive lack of characterization in any of the main heroes and villains. It's all filthy hillbilly grapist #1, filthy hillbilly grapist #2 and surprisingly foul mouthed and horny grape victim #1 and surprisingly foul mouthed and horny grape victim #2.
The three novellas, are really just one short novel, with the first two having 'to-be-continued' endings, so it's nice they can be bought as one e-book. It's nevertheless impossible to recommend this to non Ash Ericmore fans, as there's so many better extreme horror books out there, for killer klown fans and gore hounds alike.
🤡🤡 Out of 5 clowns.
One of the worst things you can say about an extreme horror book is, "Yawn," and yet All The Carnies, came close to a DNF, cause if the author doesn't care about the characters, how are we, the readers, supposed to?

If demonic clowns, rape, torture, grinding up body parts, cannibalism, lots of blood and horrific, gagging descriptions of the human anatomy kind of creep you out, then these books are not for you. Finished the first two, can't find the third one to read. Maybe that's a good thing.
