Xaiver helps run the family business its a busy bussiness and he has no time for a break but he makes time to visit his family in silver spoons and we'll a tiny accident happens where he meets Charlie and it's over for him he sprung but Charlie is very hush hush about why she's back in town she doesn't want her family to know she's in trouble. Charlie does run away from Xavier but he chases her to make sure she isn't in deep trouble.
When he finds out what she's hiding he's there for her all the way showing her he would never abaond her like her bio parents. They make the perfect couple and we get to see few guys and couples from past books
No ow/om drama, no cheating, secondary character, tiny drama, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore

March 20, 2024This is a pass for me. I DNFd around page 10. The girl was dumb. She reversed into his monster truck that she "didn't see" while trying to save a turtle. I'm all for the turtle but how do you do that. Then she's lying about who she is and she got kicked out of school for a reason that made absolutely NO sense. I was just done at that point.

Another great book in this series! Really good story with wonderful characters that make you swoon and laugh outloud. I loved Charlie and her spirit and attitude and Xavier is terrific as the man trying to catch her. Terrific book!

Quick, easy, absolutely fucking hilarious.
This novella had me cracking the fuck up.
From the second they meet.
Everything that comes out of Charlie’s mouth was pure fucking gold.
The sex is hot.
Charlie’s confidence with her body, but vulnerability with her parents was so sweet and sad.
Xavier’s reaction to all the teasing.
It was just good.
I loved it.

Oh boy another one fell hard and fast for his woman🤣🤣 The Solver Spoon Falls water did the trick again 😉 Xavier is Tate "Hands " Grimes twin brother and manages a multi million dollar company. Now he wants to slow down and settle in Silver Spoon Falls. One day he gets hit by a red car and by a firecracker of woman..but she has a secret and Xavier won't stop until he knows everything and claims his woman 🥰🥰 Charlie has a problem with her college and needs help... But she needs to stay incognito for it (from her family). When she backs into Xavier her whole plan is in jeopardy.... Or maybe not?? Another awesome story in the Silver Spoon universe, where men fall hard and fast for their women😍😍😍 Nothing and no one can stop them😉 Instalove, sweet, steamy ,romantic ,fun to read and safe with an awesome HEA and no OM/OW drama😍😍😍😍😍 So so freaking good 😍😍

I Insta Loved it
If you are looking for a quick, sweet and funny rom com with just the right amount of spice look no further! This insta love story was so much fun reading. I chose this book because of the title. I’m doing the alphabet challenge and X marks the spot on this book. I really enjoyed Charlie’s quirky and klutzy personality as well as Xavier’s possessive and thoughtful demeanor. They were the perfect match. I really enjoyed the plot. it was quite engaging, to the point where I didn’t want to stop reading it. I was surprised at how much i enjoyed this book.

Cute read.
I liked Xavier a lot, I thought he was a fun alpha instalove character. Charlie was a little chaotic for me but not enough to make me stop reading. I liked that it actually had a storyline but felt like the book was really short for the drama that kind of storyline can provoke.

OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Xavier and Charlie met when she accidentally backs into him at a traffic light. Charlie backs up because of a turtle crossing the road, she came to SSF because she was kicked out of college. When Xavier tries to get her name she gives him a fake one. Xavier has Sheriff Armstrong Dillon's Heart come to get the information because he's using a rental truck. Charlie doesn't want her family to know she's in SSF so she tells Xavier that she'll pay for the damages. After the sheriff leaves, Charlie makes her escape and runs away from Xavier. Xavier goes to see his twin brother Tate The Surgeon and asks if he knows Charlie, because she knows him. The following day while Charlie is trying to leave her hotel Xavier finds her. Xavier makes Charlie know that she's not going to run from him again. Charlie is going to see Ryker Ryker's Reward since he was a CIA agent. Charlie needs to figure out a way to get back into college and not be kicked out. Charlie wants to prove that one of the professors is sleeping with a student. Charlie's friend Chloe's mother is sleeping with her ex-boyfriend and taking money from her trust fund. Charlie's friend Chloe asked her to help her. When Charlie explains to Ryker what she needs him to do, Xavier tells her that he can get Finn The Prodigy to help her. Xavier finds out that Charlie and her four sister's were adopted. Xavier takes Charlie back to the hotel and tells her to grab her things. Xavier call his twin brother Tate and asks him to use his penthouse in Houston. Xavier and Charlie arrive in Houston and Xavier promises her that he'll wait for her to be ready for him. Charlie tells Xavier that she's ready now, he pleasures her then they make love. Charlie tells him she loves him and Xavier tells her he loves her. The next day Xavier and Charlie wake up late, he feeds her and she thinks of all the ways things can go wrong. Xavier draws a bath for them and sets up candles for Charlie. While Xavier is setting things up he gets a phone call from Finn letting him know Jude is coming with him in the morning. Xavier then calls Charlie's adopted parents and tells them what is going on. Charlie's parents agree to met in Houston to support her. When Charlie comes into the bathroom she can't believe Xavier set all this up for her, he tells her he promised her a date. The next day Xavier, Charlie and Chloe met with Finn and Jude at a coffee shop. They all go over the damaging emails Finn was able to get a hold of. Jude also talks to Chloe about her trust fund and is willing to help her out with getting her mother not to be her trustee. They all decide to met at the deans office in the morning . Xavier takes Charlie back to the penthouse where he tries to distract her since her mind is thinking of all the ways things can go wrong in the morning. Charlie's parent's walk in and she's happy to see them. Soon the dean comes walking in and wants to know what is going on. Charlie's dad wants to know why they have a professor employed when she's sleeping with a student. The dean asks if they have proof so Finn hands him an envelope. Jude tells the dean that he's representing Charlie in a lawsuit against the college. The dean takes the folder and tells everyone he needs some time to look this over. A few minutes later the dean comes back and wants to know how the emails were gotten, Finn tells him he can't tell him that. The dean tells Charlie due to new developments he's not going to expel her. A few hours later, Charlie's parent's are staying at a hotel in Houston, Finn and Jude are back in SSF and Xavier and Charlie are at the penthouse. Xavier tells Charlie he wants to move in together, so they decide to stay in SSF. Xavier wants to rent a place in Houston so that he's close to Charlie when she's taking classes. Charlie asks Xavier about his job an he tells her he can work from anywhere. Charlie tells Xavier she wants to get a pet, and he asks her if she wants a dog or a cat. Charlie tells him she wants a turtle maybe even two. Xavier knows that Charlie was worth the wait. Five years later, Chloe's mom was fired and lost control of her trust fund. Chloe and Charlie still keep in touch. Xavier have two children Olive and Blake, and are going to adopt a third child June. In the last five years Xavier has never failed Charlie, she doesn't cause as much trouble as she once did. Xavier keeps Charlie grounded, he's her safe place.

Xavier is on his way to see his twin brother, who he hasn’t seen in a few years. Tate is a pediatric heart surgeon known in the small town where he lives with his wife, Sarmara, their son Scout, and last but not least, baby G. Xavier works so hard because lately, his mom retired earlier that year, leaving her modeling agency to her three children. Since his brother wants no part of it being a surgeon. That left Xavier and Sariah, their older sister, to run it. Now he is talking to Tate on his way to his place. When a car hits him.
Metal strikes metal with an unmistakable crunch. Glass shatters. The truck barely even rocks side to side from the impact, but the Honda shakes like it just hit a speed bump at fifty miles an hour before settling. "What the f--k?" I growl. "Why does it sound like you just hit something?" Tate asks, suspicion in his voice. "Uh, because a Honda just backed into me at a red light?" "Are you sure you didn't hit it?" Tate asks. I growl into the phone. "Can you just call the f--king sheriff and get him out here?" "Fine. Is anyone hurt?"
"Doubt it. We're at a red light. The airbags didn't deploy." “I'm in a rental. I need a report, or they're charging me out of the ass for this shit." "Sucks to be you," my twin says. "I'll call Dillon. Where are you?" "Broadway and Broadus." "I'll swing by when I'm finished here to see if you're finished there," he says. "Yeah, thanks." My eyes locked on the petite brunette who popped out of the Honda with her hands pressed to her red cheeks in a combination of horror and distress. Even upset, she's beautiful. She's showing far too much of that curvy body.
"Are you okay?" She cries, rushing forward to meet me. "I didn't see you behind me!" "You didn't see me behind you?" I plant my feet, crossing my arms. "I'm in a f--king truck. How'd you miss me?" My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Charlie is a college student who just wants to help her friend but getting caught and expelled was not part of the plan. Needing to lay low she comes to Silver Spoon Falls. Trying to save a turtle she backs into Xavier’s truck. He works with his sister, they run an international modeling agency for plus sized women. Lucky for him he was on the phone with his twin, Tate from Surgeon, he asks him to call the sheriff, Dillion from Dillion’s heart. When he gets out of his rental and sees Charlie he is stunned, he is extremely attracted to her, she thinks he a hot grumpy giant, their banter is funny. She’s mad he called the police, she hasn’t told her family she’s in trouble and with her sister and various other family friend living in Silver Spoon she needs to keep her arrival to town a secret. Xavier agrees to dealing with the accident themselves, he knows she’s not being honest with him, she gives him a fake name and says she doesn’t have insurance.
While hiding behind a tree she watches the sheriff leave and then she gives Xavier the slip and drives off. With a little asking around he finds out his kitten is Charlie Marsh and tracks her down. They talk and he gets the story behind what’s going on from her. He says he will help her and her friend. With the help of Finn and Jude he takes her to Houston. Lots of kisses and they give into their attraction, she’s a virgin he’s been celibate for a while. The two also discuss how Charlie is afraid her parents who adopted her and her sisters will think she’s to much a troublemaker and regret adopting her. Finn tells her he talked to them and they love her and are proud of her, they are also going to be at the school tomorrow to talk to the Dean. The guys and Charlie meet her friend Chloe who’s mother is a professor at the university and is sleeping with Chloe’s ex boyfriend and spending Chloe’s trust fund. Finn being a hacker gets incriminating emails off the school surfer and they all meet with the Dean.
The Dean looks over the info and informs Charlie she’s no longer expelled and they will further investigate the professor. Lots of I love yous and an epilogue five years later with two kids and them adopting a little girl who they were fostering.
The professor gets fired and removed from Chloe’s trust.

I knew I would love this book going into it, purely because The Surgeon is one of my favourite books, and this one follows Tate’s twin brother Xavier. And man did it ever deliver on all the emotions! This book genuinely made me laugh out loud, cry, relate to her anxiety and insecurities and left me emotionally happy at the end. Maybe it’s because I connected with her story so well, but this book was everything. I absolutely loved the main characters. Charlie is a mess, and when I say a mess I mean a hilariously adorable hot mess that had me laughing and loving her all in one. She was the perfect mix of sassy, laugh out loud witty, mischievous and yet so innocent and vulnerable with her insecurities. Xavier was protective yet tender, bossy but so very loving. He was the perfect OTT man that you’d want in your corner and at your side for everything. I loved seeing all the silver spoon falls and MC characters come together to help. Their dialogue and banter was hilarious and really added to the story. I hope Chloe gets her own book. I’d love to see her with someone so overly protective, she deserves it after all she’s been through! Absolutely no cheating, no OM/OW drama, HEA, and the perfect epilogue 5 years in the future. Another one I’ll be reading over and over again!

He has been traveling a lot to make sure all their locations have competent managers. He is looking forward to his vacation and seeing his nieces.
Charlie Marsh is not supposed to be in Silver Spoon Falls. Her sister Adalynn lives here but Charlie doesn’t want anyone knowing she is in town. Charlie got kicked out of college for stalking a professor. Charlie is friends with this professor’s daughter. The professor is spending her daughter’s trust fund and sleeping with one of her students who happens to be her daughter’s ex-boyfriend. Can a turtle bring two strangers together? Yup! Especially if said turtle was walking across the street in front of Charlie Marsh, while she’s in her car at a stoplight. And backs up into the stranger of her dreams to avoid her new turtle friend. Save a turtle, Ride a Stranger and all that jazz.
Xavier has that turtle to thank for leading him to the love of his life, Charlie. He’s an instant goner, but Charlie doesn’t make it easy and the chase is on (for Charlie, not the turtle).
These two characters are classic Nicole Rose and I adored them both. Charlie is a Hot Mess Express and a champion for those that can’t fight back. Xavier is as grumpy (and hot) as Charlie is messy and beautiful. With Xavier picking up pieces of Charlie’s heart and putting them back together whenever she gets in a pickle, and Charlie bulldozing her way to save the world, these two are perfect and sizzling together.

An easy read. I wanted to love it
I’ve been searching for a new author to fall in love with and I love me a curvy girl romance. Especially one with a dirty talking dominant. I wanted to love this book but it fell flat for me. Maybe it’s because this is my first book from this author in a clearly developed series. They kept talking about the something in the water to explain the instant attraction but I just couldn’t connect the attraction with the characters. It felt rushed. It felt expected. Their struggles were explained but things moved so fast they weren’t felt. Maybe I’ll try one more book, earlier in the series. Maybe then I can connect with that something in the water. What also surprised me was how fast she flew through other characters, especially those connected to, what I assume is, other books. I’m used to getting a taste and needing to go find their story but that’s just not happening here. I get a glimpse of an interesting character but no deep connections. If you’re looking for something quick this could be fun.

Smart funny and wildly appealing
I enjoyed Xavier and Charlie’s age gap instalove romance. I smiled the entire time I was reading this book despite the fact that the plot was ridiculously over the top on the believability scale. Charlie was recently kicked out of college and she came to the small town of Silver Spoon Falls to hide out. Xavier is a millionaire businessman who’s in town visiting his twin brother. They meet when Charlie backs into Xavier’s truck. Xavier instantly knows Charlie is it for him but she needs some convincing. Charlie’s passionate but also a bit of a hot mess disaster. Xavier is grouchy, growly and bossy. The story included sweet moments, steamy scenes, laughs, supportive friends, messy families, painful pasts, and all the love. Despite its length, this novella was well written and included witty dialogue, likeable characters with depth, and an engaging storyline.

This was an absolutely amazing love story!!
Xavier was in Silver Spoons Falls to visit his brother. Charlie was in trouble and ran to Silver Spoons Falls to be closer to her sister while she worked out what to do. When they meet the circumstances are hilarious. Charlie is a completely hot mess and Xavier is a total grump who is completely in love from the very first second!
Xavier is determined to find out what she’s hiding and what trouble she is in. Charlie is sassy, independent and a little vulnerable, she doesn’t want to give in but Xavier is never letting her go, he shows her he would never leave her, no matter what, she is his forever.

Xavier and Charlie met under strange circumstances but that doesn't stop Xavier from recognizing that there really is something in the water in Silver Spoon Falls! He's instantly drawn the quirky woman that backed into him.
Charlie is so adorable when she tries to lie her way out of the situation with Xavier. She tends to ramble and not think things through but she has a heart of absolute gold. Xavier's not letting her slip away and he's determined to find out all her secrets and be the one she relies on.
I love how Xavier accepted and adored Charlie and because of that Charlie found her inner strength. They were the perfect match!

The love in the town of Silver Spoon Falls does not disappoint and neither does the tales for the author.
Xavier is in town to visit his brother, Tate, when the love of his live backs up into his truck. Charlie is not supposed to be in Silver Spoon, but her willingness to help and her noisiness has landed her in a bit of trouble.
Xavier and Charlie's story is one that melts your heart as you get lost in the pages, with the twist of suspense as Charlie is trying to help a friend and Xander pulls in the guys for the MC to help. Love the reaction to Hacker and Jude from Charlie and her mom made me smile.

I chuckled my way through Xavier and Charlie's story, it was so fun. When she backs into Xavier's truck, its like Fate had a hand in bringing them together. Too bad she needs to keep a low profile while she figures out what to do about the situation she is in. Xavier hasn't been within the city limits two minutes when the town's magic brings him the woman meant just for him. She quickly has him tied in knots and leads him on a merry chase. Now he just needs to find her and keep her by whatever means necessary. Nichole's stories are always a delight and this one was no exception. Cannot wait for more books set in this town!

This was absolute instalove magic. I fell for Xavier and Charlie right away and their meet cute was one of the funniest moments. Xavier was 100 percent pure possessive alpha in the best way and Charlie was full of sass and yet so vulnerable.
The story was connected to so many of the other stories set in Silver Spoons Falls but it could be read as a standalone. I would however recommend reading all of the previous stories because they are all so incredibly good.

Charlie always seems to find trouble. When she backs her car into a stranger, she ends up with more than trouble but a man who is obsessed with her. Xavier is a man on a mission. Tracking down Charlie after she runs off and making her his. Problem is Charlie needs help but she's got to let him in first. With her insecurities from being in foster care, it's easier said than done but Xavier is bent on keeping Charlie and helping her fix her problems.
This book was steam and quick to read. Would highly recommend!

Nichole has written another book filled with steamy sweetness. Xavier and Charlie are so cute together. They meet after Charlie accidentally backs her car into Xavier's truck. She's hiding and doing her own investigation so she doesn't get expelled from college. Xavier gathers a whole team to help her make her case to the dean. There is an hea with a perfect epilogue!

Charlie & Xavier
I loved loved loved Charlie so much!!! She is funny, sassy and speaks her mind, regardless of what comes out of her mouth. She kept Xavier on her toes and kept him laughing. I loved their meet cute with the turtle.
It was funny to see her try and hide in a town where she knows everyone. But at the root of the story is a girl who is scared her family will get tired of her spying and lying antics.
Xavier was everything she needed. He helped her see that her parents loved her regardless and they would never regret adopting her.

You will definitely read about some of MCs brothers in here. It just gets better and better after that. I don’t want to reveal to much and spoil it but it is really good.

Another great story from Nichole Rose. Can’t get enough of enough of Silver Spring Falls.
Xavier and Charlie are a perfect couple. Charlie might be a bit of a mess but a turtle brought Xavier to save the day. You need to read the story to find out what happened.

I'm such a huge fan of every book in the Silver Spoon world. This book gives us Tate's brother Xavier's story. He is one of my favorite characters yet, when he arrives in town he is in an accident with Charlie who was trying to avoidhittinga turtle. She is such a wild card crusader, and from her entry into this story, she steals the show and makes everyone fall in love with her. Nichole, you always give us the greatest characters and most original stories.

I loved Charlie and her daring heart. Xavier was the right man for Charlie.
