Want to read

Another book given to me and my wife years ago, that it seems like it would be a good idea to read, while it could still make a difference.

Though I did get hit by a car while bicycle riding and came out surprisingly well, so suspect my bones are quite strong.

Though a bit outdated with respect to some recommendations (eg, to eliminate caffeine and to add soy), this is an excellent resource for those with osteoporosis; there is hope!!
