Walter Elias “Walt” Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) was an American film producer, director, screenwriter, voice actor, animator, entrepreneur, entertainer, international icon, and philanthropist. Disney is famous for his influence in the field of entertainment during the 20th century. As the co-founder (with his brother Roy O. Disney) of Walt Disney Productions, Disney became one of the best-known motion picture producers in the world. The corporation he co-founded, now known as The Walt Disney Company, today has annual revenues of approximately U.S. $35 billion.
Disney is particularly noted for being a film producer and a popular showman, as well as an innovator in animation and theme park design. He and his staff created some of the world's most famous fictional characters including Mickey Mouse, a character for which Disney himself was the original voice. He has been awarded four honorary Academy Awards and has won twenty-two competitive Academy Awards out of fifty-nine nominations, including a record four in one year, giving him more awards and nominations than any other individual. He also won seven Emmy Awards. He is the namesake for Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in the United States, as well as the international resorts Tokyo Disney, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland Hong Kong.
Disney died of lung cancer in Burbank, California, on December 15, 1966. The following year, construction began on Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. His brother Roy Disney inaugurated the Magic Kingdom on October 1, 1971.

On December 31, 2009, Disney Company acquired the Marvel Entertainment, Inc. for $4.24 billion. The company has been a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average since May 6, 1991. An early and well-known cartoon creation of the company, Mickey Mouse, is the official mascot of The Walt Disney Company.

Noioso
Un numero davvero scarso, ci sono quattro storie: due sono pezzi di altre storie quindi in questo numero non valgono niente, una è copiata da uno scrittore straniero e l'ultima è divisa in due parti tanto per occupare lo spazio che avrebbero avuto due storie normali. Insomma, datevi da fare un po' di più la prossima volta.
Ho ripreso questo numero a caso anche se sono passati due anni ma devo dire che… La vignetta è noiosa come sempre, il muro di parole è stato scritto da qualcun altro…
Ci sono ben otto pagine sull'astronomia… Ma cosa ci dobbiamo fare noi? Vorremmo leggere dei fumetti, perché imbottire questo giornale con cose che non c’entrano niente e tra l'altro nessuno ha voglia di leggere?
Non mancano un paio di pagine dedicate al dio calcio che la Panini deve sempre osannare, non sia mai che qualcuno si scorda quelle figurine.
Poi tra gli altri articoli di cui non abbiamo bisogno c'è quello con sei pagine dedicate a un ranger africano… Per quanto mi piacciono gli elefanti, se ne poteva fare a meno su un giornale dedicato ai fumetti…
Altre pagine da buttare sono quelle dell'agenda settimanale e quelle dei cosiddetti consigli di lettura, tutta pubblicità.
Infine quelle brutte barzellette e i giochi per tonti, non si sa cosa è più brutto tra le barzellette e i giochi, di sicuro sono entrambi inutili.

Mamma mia che strazio, e questa sarebbe una storia? L'hanno dovuto addirittura dividere in due parti? Non ho letto la parte precedente perché ho preso un numero vecchio a caso di Topolino ma non c'è neanche bisogno di leggerlo. È una trama per lettori che frequentano l'asilo, fate ridere!

Minaccia dallo spazio, ep. 2
Un numero che inizia con due racconti a metà è un numero che sembra non valere niente. In questa storia non succede niente, si ribadisce quello che è successo nel numero precedente (e non c'è bisogno di leggerlo per capirlo) e la storia non va per niente avanti!

Zio Paperone e la caccia al tesoro gastronomica
Quando non sanno che cosa inventare vanno a prendere le storie vecchie degli altri. Di solito sono abbastanza interessanti, peccato poi per quel contorno giallo fastidioso che ci mettono, ma avete mai provato a leggere i Topolini che create? Questa storia resta un po' indigesta, guardare i paperi che non fanno altro che mangiare fa quasi venire la nausea. Nel finale si riprende ma è ormai troppo tardi.

Cornelius – L'esilio dei Van Coot, 2 parti
Che noia, una trama così pallosa, scontata e storica! Sembra quasi che vogliano insegnarci qualcosa con queste trame ambientate nel passato. Avete dei personaggi fantastici, attenetevi a quelli. All'epoca c'erano questi Trapper che loro hanno presentato come esploratori, comunque erano anche dei cacciatori quindi sentire storie con dei cacciatori proprio no grazie. Addirittura due episodi… Ma poi perché chiamarli episodi, sono parti della stessa storia, una storia annacquata per farla durare troppe pagine.
