Those who enter The Herron House were never meant to leave… It’s been three quiet months since paranormal investigator Rand Casey’s last encounter with the demonic, yet evil still lurks around every corner, hiding within every shadow. Rand’s reprieve ends when wealthy businessman Jackson Herron hires Rand to remove a dark spirit from the Herron family’s mansion—an entity who, years ago, drove Jackson’s father to insanity. At first, Rand figures a simple cleansing ceremony should do the trick. But the Herron House is no ordinary mansion. Built by a madman under the influence of demonic oppression, the once-grand home has become a sprawling monstrosity filled with darkness and death. When Rand becomes trapped inside, all hope of banishing the evil is lost. Now, Rand has only one goal—get out alive. But to escape, Rand must navigate twisted corridors, avoid collapsing rooms, and survive trap-filled chambers—all while being hunted by one of the deadliest demons to ever walk among humanity. But in the darkest depths of the decrepit mansion Rand discovers unexpected secrets that might explain the origins of all demonic activity on Earth—and the knowledge he needs to finally defeat it once and for all. The Herron House is a supernatural horror thriller for readers who love stories about hauntings and battles with the demonic—the truest form of evil that exists in our world. You are only one click away from joining Rand Casey in his terrifying battles against mankind’s oldest and most deadly enemy—the servants of the devil.
When I read the description of this book I wasn't sure about it being as interesting as the other 3. I mean trapped in a house for the entire book. But once I started it I couldn't put it down. It was fantastic! The story line (once I got into it) was so riveting and a total page turner. Ups and downs and twists and turns galore.. I wonder where Rand's run in with a Lord of Hell will take him, his daughter and Miller now! Can't wait for the next book!!!!
I had read all 3 books and this fourth one was just as good. I love how the story keeps getting interesting especially having a storyline about a family and at the same time being connected with the demons that hate Rand. Looking forward to more Randolph Casey stories.
Rand is asked by Jackson Herron and his wife to investigate his father's home. The paranormal activity has happened at their house to. Rand goes to the mansion to cleanse it. There is far more going on. What ever is in this house is powerful and Rand gets trapped inside. What are the owners up to? Amazing characters chilling story.
I have read all four of these books and found myself waiting for the end so I can start reading again thank you and I will tell my friends about them. Tell you what you keep writing them and ill keep reading them thanks either scares sincerely christinedunne Harlingen TX
Rand gets a new case to investigate Herron House. As soon as he arrives things go way sideways and keep getting creepier. The farther Rand delves into the house, the more he realizes that his like is in danger. Read this one with the lights on. I do hope it won’t be a long wait for the next book!
Fantastic new addition to one of my favourite horror series. Can't wait to read the next one. Very strongly recommend this series to anyone with an interest in the supernatural and demonology.
With every Randolph Casey book I read, I get more wrapped up in this series. This one had my anxiety going into overdrive. I cannot wait for the next book. Please Mr Scott, hurry!
Each book gets better and better…..Randolph, Libby and Miller have been through so much and they continue to fight…. The ending of this book shocked me and I’m ready for the next one! Absolutely phenomenal writing Mr. Scott!!!!
I am never disappointed by Rockwell every book scares the life out of you but this was !!!!!!! WOW can't wait for the next book don't make your public wait to long .
A creepy page turner that kept me hooked! I can’t wait for the next book in the series. Rockwell Scott is a master at writing supernatural books and I definitely recommend.
It was good, up until astrology and the zodiac became the authors focus. Should have just stuck with the cross, and not brought astrology into it. Thumbs down.
This is the best out of all of the Randolph Casey books, in my opinion. I loved the addition of survival horror as well as the well noted spiritual growth of Rand.
