2.7/5 ⭐️ El libro está cortito y plantea ideas que pueden llegar a inspirar y a reconectar consigo misma, pero no aporta conceptos realmente nuevos, si es que anteriormente ya has leído algo sobre energía femenina o de desarrollo personal. No diría que es un mal libro, de hecho es ideal para comenzar con un poco de desarrollo personal, pero si lo que se busca es algo más sólido o transformador definitivamente no es el libro. 😁

I am trying to be more open to reading books that are considered to be in the "New Age" category because it is definitely possible to discern the wisdom in the concepts while bypassing the fluff. I read this book because I was interested in the concept of polarity in masculine/feminine categories (where the two descriptors are not meant to be related to gender/biological sex). I also gravitate towards "lipstick feminism". I believe that celebrating traits that are considered to be inherently feminine can go hand in hand with being empowered (for women who resonate with this, not every woman does). It had some discussion on that but there was a ton of fluff and repetition.

Some of the descriptions of visualization meditations lacked the in-depth detail on how to really do them effectively to get to the desired state. When the author started talking about being a "starseed" and being lonely as a visitor to Earth, that was too much for me. I could certainly relate to the feelings she described of being awestruck by gazing at the heavens and feeling a longing for something beyond this world - I've felt that way since I was a child - but she went into this subject so randomly and superficially it was very difficult to take seriously.

i enjoyed it! as someone who wants to learn more about emotional balance and become a happier, more confident version of myself I really liked it. I liked how they combined the topic of manifestation with our masculine/feminine energy, as not all self-help books do that. I read it after I meditated, which created a really calming space to absorb all of the information. I read it in a couple of hours, so it is a pretty short read!
