tan―nude hyphen―i knot woe; sinewy, it sees
fingernails (limp waters, a hand sea), leather sets,
meshes―hewed out virus― try a mop
or a match―i hot―i lucid―i wonderflush―
exoskeleton / cum―cuddly human mass―la,
sings a boyish brute in his coven―cut―yep,
hood him―we want a wren duet / to be shelter,
a trans thud, sob, melt―oh, welt / honeyed wife.

Thank you so so much to the publisher for my gifted copy. Rearranging the letters in Shakespeare sonnets to form new poetry about queerness, transness, and kink is…..just the most unique writing idea to ever exist probably. I absolutely loved this collection. One of my top titles this year!!
