Hi, I'm Keri Beevis, and I'm the author of the bestselling psychological suspense thrillers, Deep Dark Secrets, Dying To Tell, The Sleepover, and The Summer House.
Other titles I've written include Trust No One, Every Little Breath, The People Next Door, and The House in the Woods (previously released as The Boat House).
I am signed with Boldwood Books and my twelfth thriller, Nowhere To Hide is out 2nd April.
Uses F word and other profanity frequently. I’m at Chapter 32 and the book is being dragged out. There is a lot of repetitiveness. It did pull me in right away. This is definitely more detailed for the romance experience but again, repetitive. Has LGBT in minor characters. Narrator does not have a clean and clear speaking voice. It’s a struggle to use headphones as I need to have it louder to understand the words. At times sounds nasally 2.0 audio.
2nd book Uses F word and other profanity frequently. It was well written and not with the repetitive like the first book. Great twists. Has LGBT in minor characters. Narrator does not have a clean and clear speaking voice. It’s a struggle to use headphones as I need to have it louder to understand the words. At times sounds nasally 2.0 audio
3rd book Uses F word and other profanity frequently. It was great with it’s twists. Kept me engrossed and up past my bedtime. This was definitely the best of the box set IMO. Narrator does not have a clean and clear speaking voice. It’s a struggle to use headphones as I need to have it louder to understand the words. At times sounds nasally 2.0 audio
4th book Uses F word and other profanity frequently. It was good but not as engrossing for me. Narrator does not have a clean and clear speaking voice. It’s a struggle to use headphones as I need to have it louder to understand the words. At times sounds nasally 2.0 audio.
I did enjoy these books, although a bit samey in some parts and the "released the breath she didn't realise she had been holding" lines that my book groups always find annoying Very good books, well written but I personally worked them all out so no twists for me
If you love creepy, these are the books for you. What great storylines! I couldn't put them down. It's everything that goes bump in the night & had you guessing to the end. I have to read the rest of Keri's books. She's defiantly made me a fan.
Not much for reviews. Not gonna get into that. Like them all well enough, some better than others. Good deal on audible. But I looked everywhere for this when I started and couldn’t find it so I thought I’d put it here
Book 1: Ch 1-44 Book 2: Ch 45-95 Book 3: Ch 96-159 Book 4: Ch 160-end
I am really enjoying Beevis' writing style. She grabs your attention from the very beginning and keeps you on the edge of your seat and heart racing throughout the entire book.
