Purchased 2nd book of this 2nd series of stories on October 27, 2023, from Amazon for $4.99 plus tax. Kyra Bishop is chomping at the bit to step into what has been touted as the most realistic VMMORPG, but she become embedded in the roleplaying. She adds the number 86 to her name, this is the police code for a deceased body. In this 2nd book treasure is the key to finding retribution.

disappointing

I liked the first book well enough. Interesting concept and MC seemed interesting enough. Hoping for more interaction with fellow players and how they’re affecting Emirates. I figured that would come in Boom 2. Instead, it’s a boring Pirates of the Caribbean mess. MC doesn’t develop at all and her bonded boy bores the piss out of me. No good villains and a waste of time to read.

I’ve loved all of Arlo Adams’ Enora books to date so I held Enora Unleashed (by Adams with Dustin Porta) to a high standard, but happily it’s one that was more that met. Foggy Vale Island was a great addition, well written and totally fun. I most definitely enjoyed Kyra Bishop‘s story and most definitely recommend this book.

Another winner

Self rescuing princess. Living characters. A new world that is still familiar from the last novel. Too many great things to say about this book. Naturally, the author HAS to end the book with a cliff hanger. Well, we'll see about that. I'm downloading book 3 now. How about that?

This second in series litRPG tale is packed with action, adventure and dangerous happenings. I really enjoy the main characters and the well-described world in which they live.

Boring

Sadly, I found this one very slow and boring, unlike the first book which I could not put down and read it in a few hours.

Another grand adventure

These sturdy characters just can't be kept down and their chaotic adventures prove that...over and over again to many a laugh and thrill.
