I was only inside the corner store for less than a minute before a masked man entered the front door carrying a gun.
The brawny man headed directly toward the counter.
A short and thin woman stood behind the register. Her name tag read “Sheila.”
The armed assailant pointed his pistol at Sheila and held out a bag with his other hand.
He yelled, “Empty the register.”
Sheila did not immediately take the bag from the robber. Nor did she press a button on the register.
Instead, she froze in place with fear.
She wasn’t alone.
I was on the other side of the mini-mart in the potato chip aisle.
I had come in here for a snack and some lottery tickets.
Until a few seconds ago, I thought it might be my lucky day.
Apparently, I was dead wrong.
I would be fortunate just to get out of here alive.

Tiny House Three-Book Cozy Mystery Set Earns 5/5 PI Licenses…Entertaining!
There’s nothing “tiny” about M.Z. Potts’ Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Mystery series only “big” topics and entertainment, and this box set gives you the first three books. Hannah Huntsman is a divorcée, and for the last twenty years, she’s been working as a private detective with Ryan Gaffney. She often finds herself relying on her PI skills, stakeout patience, and evasion techniques when dealing with the typical cheating husbands and distraught wives, but it’s the more dangerous criminal offenses and suspicious deaths that cause the most problems…the most personal peril. Friendships are strengthen, romances adjust and evolve, perceptions are questioned, and moving forward can still have obstacles, and although doing what’s right is a question with which each character is confronted, personal safety is risky. This series is a surprising new favorite!

It was a long shot that Lady Luck would be smiling on Hannah since they hadn’t been on friendly terms for awhile, but can she get just a little luck to win one of the tiny houses up for raffle? One week earlier…The murder of one of Hannah’s friends is upsetting. From clients pleading for help to clients wanting payback, from curious VR experiences to successful stakeouts, from a threatening stalker to a handsome detective, from haunting memories to perilous predicaments, this story was very entertaining with a clever mystery, ample debate about VR, well-defined multigenerational characters, a surprising arrest, and a “tiny” bit of luck for the future.

Book Two: Tiny House, Big Murder earns 5/5 Garden Gnomes!
There’s no limit on luck, but, it is fleeting. A scream. A body. A shadow. An attempt on Hannah’s life. It may be just another day in the life of a private eye, but the nightmares are disturbing and being a material witness is complicated. She is invaluable to a certain detective as they work well as a team. Her PI caseload is the typical wife suspicious of her husband and a step father suspicious of his step son. Her professional stalking turns up evidence by which the clients are not shocked, but the after math of the revelations is incomplete. Clever, but needed a bit more nail-biting predicaments.

Wrong place, wrong time is the definition of bad luck, but it’s just a quick trip to the corner store…what could go wrong? A masked man armed with a gun demanding money is what. It gets out of hand when a cop just happens to arrive, so the gunman retreats for a fight, and Hannah and the young clerk are hostages surrounded by an army of police. The story flashes back to “A Few Hours Before…” with each character struggling with personal issues that collide at the the convenience store with a man who has nothing to lose. Cleverly organized with before, during, and after insights into the characters’ mindset, fears, and hopes to make it out alive. Desperation leads to deadlines, and the daring plan has only a slim chance of working.

Not a big lottery, a lottery for a tiny house, nestled in a tiny house community. She'll be able to pick from three adorable tiny houses. In just a week, Hannah will pick her dream home and start her new life as long as she survives her current case tracking down a killer. Tiny House, Big Murder (Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery #2) was a great read by M.Z. Potts. Hanna Huntsford finds herself scared for her life. Although she has seen a lot as a private investigator, she has never stared down a murderer until now. What started as a simple infidelity investigation, turned into hearing a woman's scream during her stakeout. She refused to ignore it and turn her back on danger. Hanna ran into a neighbors yard and came toe to toe with a masked killer. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author. Tiny House, Big Trouble (Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery #3) was a great read by M.Z. Potts. Hannah was inside the corner store for less than a minute before a masked man entered the front door carrying a gun. He went right to the counter where a short and thin woman was behind the register. The armed assailant pointed a pistol and robbed the store. Sheila just froze in fear. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

With 125 reads from author Meredith Potts/KM Morgan/Amelia Morgan, I welcomed the chance to read Tiny House, Big Mystery (Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery). Longer, at 242 pages, than many of the author's books I've read in her other nom de plo͞oms never-the-less well-written & enjoyable. not just another cute, clean cozy mystery she's laying the groundwork for perhaps her best character & series to date
I welcomed the chance to read Tiny House, Big Murder (Southern Midlife Treasure Trove Cozy Mystery Book 2). Longer, at 195 pages, than many of the author's books I've read in her other nom de plo͞oms never-the-less well-written & enjoyable. not just another cute, clean cozy mystery.

Tiny House Cozy Mysteries
A quick read another series by M. Potts about an investigator wins a tiny house and her life changes in an amazing way. Her best friend Daphne also wins a tiny home and a handsome detective Tyler lives next door. Filled with mystery and romance the reader will enjoy this new series.

The stories were good!
I enjoyed reading about tiny homes. I have been interested in them for a while now. I think it would be fun to live in one of them!
Except I do not want to happen to me what happened to Hannah, she is a private investigator! She got in trouble with all of her jobs!

I just couldn't make it even halfway through this three-book set. It wasn't that I disliked the characters or plots; it's just that I've never read stories so devoid of description and based almost entirely on dialogue between the characters. The style of writing just put me off entirely.

The main theme of the three Tiny House Cozies is the luck of Hannah. She remained positive throughout. Luck is good to Hannah.

This is a set of three cozy mysteries that follow Hannah Huntsford a PI in a sleepy little town. While most of her cases are to deal with infidelity she occasionally gets wrapped up in helping solve a murder.
This set was very kindly gifted to me from the author with all thoughts and options being fully my own.
I liked Hannah our main character. She's clever and spunky and is fun to follow. I also like our leading man Tyler.
This series wasn't my personal favorite. I prefer cozy mysteries where the protagonist is heavily involved in the murder case either gets wrapped up in it or knew the victim. With this the first two books in the series the murder is very tangential and feels very much like a side plot. The third book is a hostage situation and has a different feel to it and it ends on a cliff hanger.
