Don't understand why I keep punishing myself with some of these quick stories that it seems the author just wrote it all down at one time and hit publish . It should have been proof read and smoothed out ...as in "that's not the worse of it and then it gets worse and then it gets worse again". Yeah read that a few times...

Pagan's X-Mas (Royal Bastards MC: Nashville, TN Book 6) by Morgan Jane Mitchell. The drama, intrigue and chaos continues at Royal Road as you follow the emotional journey between Pagan who is a member of the RBMC: Nashville and Jassica with the obstacles they will face in order to be together. This story is full of passion, pain, secrets, family, club drama and forgiveness all being played out during Christmas.
Jassica and Pagan have a on again off again relationship due to his involvement with Kara who he has a child with but is being blackmailed by Kara to stay together when the truth comes out they are no longer together. Jassica is angry and her behavior takes a violent turn as she is fed up with the secret relationship she has with Pagan which is emotionally draining. A rash decision by Jassica will end up leaving Pagan severely burned when she set fire to the arena. Afraid to stick around a frightened Jassica flees Royal Road leaving Pagan behind to start a new life. Pagan who has had a hard time healing from his burns which has left parts of him disfigured, doesn't understand why Jassica left him or why she can't be found. With the help from his brothers he keeps himself busy with club matters, but the scars on his body has him avoiding forming any kind of relationship as he can't stop thinking of Jassica . With the holiday's approaching, Kingpin will interfere in Pagan's life when he drags him to the nursing home to spring Satan to celebrate Christmas at Royal Road, but Kingpin has an ulterior motive as he knows Jassica works at the home and wants to bring these two back together. When Jassica and Pagan see each other all Pagan can think about is being with her, but Jassica is giving him the cold shoulder as she tells him she is dating Jarrod who maybe asking her to marry her. Kingpin informs Pagan that Jarrod is a killer as his last two girlfriends have gone missing and that he has to get Jassica away from him. Pagan who is going to the cabin to avoid Christmas plans to take Jassica with him as he wants to give her the perfect Christmas as he will step out of his comfort zone in order to win her back but first he has to convince her that she is in danger.
At the cabin Jassica is overwhelmed by Pagan's loving manner as he is giving her a Christmas, one that she will never forget as he is doing all the traditions she loves about the holiday. So many twists and turns as the chemistry between these two will erupt as they rekindle the passion that is between them but before they can move on, he tells Jassica why he hates Christmas and then a secret will be revealed leaving an angry Pagan storming out of the cabin when he learns what Jassica has done. Jassica is worried when Pagan has not returned goes out in the storm to find him but is unsuccessful so she takes the snowmobile to Royal Road screaming at the brothers that Pagan is missing and needs help. When she is told the cabin is on fire, Jassica panics did she start another fire? Pagan after much soul searching, he forgives Jassica and rushes back to her as he has decided he wants to marry her. But his happiness will soon turn to sorrow when he sees the cabin in flames and fears he lost her forever. A distraught Pagan who is unconsolable is yelling Jassica is dead and doesn't hear Kingpin or his brothers when they tell him Jassica is waiting for him, all they know is that need to get him help as he is half frozen. Once at Royal Road Pagan gets drunk and tells everyone to leave him alone. Jassica wanting to be with Pagan is told he wants to be alone so she retires to her own room giving him the space he needs so they can resolve what is between them tomorrow.
The next morning a grieving Pagan still thinks Jassica is dead, now he has Paisley hitting on him as she sees Jassica behind him, upset she storms out of the clubhouse. When he is told what Paisley did and that Jassica is alive, a drunken Pagan needs Irish to take him to Jassica's house in order for him to get the woman he loves back. This story will have your emotions all over the place as we now find Jassica in danger as Jarrod is holding her at gunpoint. Will Pagan and Irish catch on when she tells Pagan it's over between them and that Kingpin lied? Now we have a dramatic rescue, Jarrod will be dealt with and Pagan puts his heart on the line to win Jassica back as he tells her how much he loves her and can't live without her when he asks her to marry him. Now these two will have a sexy Christmas full of intense passion as Pagan has finally embraced the holiday that Jasscia loves. As they are celebrating surrounded by his brothers, Pagan will be Jassica's naughty Santa if she will be his Mrs. Claus!!!
These dirty talking hard edge bikers of the RBMC: Nashville do everything for the women and family they love in a fiercely passionately manner but as usual these men know how to fu***up as more drama is coming as Kingpin makes a decision that may effect him and Sky. Can't wait for the next book to learn what will happen next. Once again Morgan Jane Mitchell has given her readers an amazing story set around Christmas.

As the title says, I really tried to like the characters; I read a great many different MC series and some range from goody two shoes, clean cut quasi-military bikers who treat their women like porcelain dolls, to rough and tumble borderline criminals to full on One-percenter clubs. I've read a couple of the previous books in this series in the hopes of 'getting into' it but it didn't happen. Pagan, the VP of the Royal Bastards MC is two dimensional at best; there's no attempt at getting the reader to empathize with his character at all. He has a girlfriend and daughter (maybe) because he's being blackmailed into having the relationship and sleeps with whomever he wants outside of said 'relationship' yet has to keep his affair with Jassica, the heroine of the story, as a secret. It's a dysfunctional relationship between the two of them. He's secretive and uses her for his own gratification while letting her wallow in grief and depression as he's banging club bunnies left and right. All this while gaslighting her into saying he has to hide their relationship from his club brothers. Jassica isn't all that great either, in fact she's just as bad. She's hired to be the live in nurse for Pagan's recently blinded sister. This gives him 24/7 access to her. When she isn't getting his attention, she picks fights with him; screaming matches and physically hitting and slapping him in the hopes of getting a rise out of him.
TO be honest I had a hard time reading past the 50% point of the book. After Jassica leaves Pagan (via flashbacks), we're at the current time and he's conspiring with his club prez to get her back from a seemingly great guy. Instead of sounding like bad-a@@ bikers they sound like Pinky & The Brain attempting to take over the world, except they're both Pinky.
I really tried to like this book. I have no fault with the writing itself, I just couldn't click with either of the main characters.

I've been dying to read another book from this lady and I was ecstatic when this book arrived.
After only one book and I knew that it wasn't going to be enough.
Her writing is raw and wild, intense and emotional.
Just go for it.

Pagan is the modern-day Grinch. He doesn't celebrate Christmas like his MC brothers.
He's the VP of the Royal Bastards MC, a job he takes seriously.
This year, he decided he needed a break from everything so he goes to the mountains.
All alone... Or so he thought...
Jassica is no strange to Pagan. They were together on and off until she ended things. Their relationship wasn't healthy so what better way that end things?
She decides to go way as well and...

I've started this series backward, so I need to read the first books because I have a few questions that need answers.
But now, let's talk about this book.
Amazing plot, engaging, intense, and in some parts, infuriating.

Loved all of it and couldn't put it down. Guys, I read this book in one sitting. It's almost 2 am and I'm writing my review...
The chemistry these two share is powerful, despite the ups and downs, their desire still remains.
The hot scenes between them... Lord have mercy.
Loved the push and pull. Loved the drama surrounding each chapter and I can't wait to read more.
It was a spectacular read and I'm sad that's over.
I want more.

His brothers call him Pagan for a reason. He’s not a fan of Christmas and doesn’t celebrate it, he has his reasons, but he won’t ruin it for anyone else, especially his sister. Pagan has [physically recovered from the fire that happened at the fighting ring at Royal Road, but his heart hasn’t from Jessica walking away from him. He would never admit it to anyone, especially his Pres, but he misses her, and he doesn’t want anyone but her back in his bed.
Jessica knew that she needed to get away from Pagan, their relationship was toxic. She hated leaving CeCe without a nurse, but her heart and head couldn’t take it anymore. She knew that Pagan could never leave Kara, the mother of his daughter, but she was hoping that things would work out. Now she’s back in Nashville, and is starting to date again, but with Pagan reappearing in her life, can she stay her course?
This is a roller coaster of a ride, with Pagan and Jessica, as always. There are secrets, twists, drama, trauma, and pain of loss, but Pagan always has his brothers at his back. It was a good read and the characters as always were colorful, entertaining, and living life on their own terms. I enjoyed the book and look forward to more in the Nashville, TN chapter of the RBMC, as well as more RBMC for the 5th ride. I give this story a 4-star review.

Another installment of the Royal Bastards. These stories just keep getting better and better. They are telling of the ups and downs of the people of Royal Road. The relationships that the men just cant stop messing up, until they finally pull their heads out of their behinds.
Pagan hates Christmas and his feelings just keep getting deeper and deeper as the years go on. He misses Jessica and its his own fault, for playing around.
Jessica has had a hard time in the last year, due to Pegan and his games. She finally left and get her head, heart and body back together.
Pegan and Kingpin go to the old folks home to kidnap Satan, for the Christmas blow out at the club house. They find out that Jessica has returned and is seeing someone else, and like the brothers they are they figure a way to get her away from him and with Pegan.
Their night starts off good but soon goes to crap. They fight, they love and they are loyal to each other through all things. They will go to the end of the world for their women, and family.

I really love this book but the implied cheating I didn't enjoy. I am not one who enjoys reading about cheating in a romance, that is just my preference. This story is more than our two main characters. There is a side story with Eva that I want to know more about. I can't wait for more of this story.

Pagan's X-mas continues to lead us through the chaos of the RBMC Nashville Chapter. Seriously, I am starting to wonder where Ms. Mitchell is leading her band of brothers. Kingpin and Pagan are highlighted in this book. While Pagan and Jassica's story is the main path the book follows, Kingpin's role is large and informative to what is going on in the periphery. The dynamic between Pagan and jassica is definitely off kilter and one that some would suggest is not healthy. With some time and maturity, their relationship could shift in a positive direction.
Definitely rough, with some interesting angles being brought to light. I would highly suggest reading all the books in the series so that you know what is going on. Ms. Mitchell writes well and keeps your interest as she navigates this RBMC world. There is intrigue, great overlap between books, and awesome steam! @theoriginialmrsp

Pagan’s story is so good, it’s a must read if you love a good second chance. When Jassica returns after distancing herself from Pagan and the club, she vows to start anew and leave all the toxic things behind. But things take a turn when Pagan finds out Jassica’s back and may be in trouble with the new guy she has in her life. When they both are secluded in a cabin during Christmas, things start to heat up but not without Jassica revealing the biggest secret she’s been keeping from Pagan. Definitely a great read, especially finding out if this secret will keep them apart or if they could overcome it. Also there are more glimpses into Kingpin that I’ve been looking forward to seeing with how complicated his feelings are turning into with the women in his life.

We head back to Royal Road with the Nashville chapter of The Royal Bastards. We find Pagan after an incredible accident and after Jassica had left him. We find out how the accident happened. We find out so much that I felt had been left unsaid in the last book. I don’t want to give away to much because all of the best parts are spoilers for this book and the next. I can say that Kingpin once again interferes and things get messed up. Not only for Pagan and Jassica but it seems himself as well this time.
I loved the spicy talk in this book but I love that Pagan made Jassica wait till the end of the book to actually get spicy. He wanted to show her he truly wanted to startover. I can not wait for the next book it is going to be a doozy and I hope that if where it’s leading is we’re Morgan takes it. Then again I’m kind of hoping for an amazing twist in fate also.

I was so hoping Pagan and Jassica would get their happy ending or if nothing else, closure and Ms.. Mitchell did not disappoint me with their storyline. These two have endured the worst and have tried hard to get over one another. But it hasn’t been an easy road. Jassica has to live when what she’s done, the guilt causing her to up and leave Pagan without a word. As for Pagan, he is still coming to terms with his body after being caught in the arena’s fire and then losing his girl on top of that.
So what happens when they bump into one another. When Pagan hears she’s moved on and Jassica sees the results the fire caused Pagan?
I highly recommend Pagan’s X-Mas. Their story isn’t all tree lights and mistletoe but it’s sure worth the read!

I was furious with this couple for the longest time (without a good bit of info). They may just have redeemed themselves in Pagan's X-Mas. Pagan and Jassica's journey is really heartbreaking. She was so willing to take "less than" for him and "less than" is what he gave her. By the time she decided enough was enough so much had happened and you had to wonder if they'd ever find their way back to each other. Guilt plagues Jassica in such a huge way and Pagan has no clue. This story is so passion filled, emotional at times, funny occasionally, and one big, fat, huge secret. What a great Christmas read!

We are back at Royal Road with Kingpin and Pagan, all the boys and Jassica. Pagan and Jassica had a thing a couple of years ago but things didn't work out and she took off. This actually broke Pagan's heart. But now she's back but she has moved on. Will Pagan be able to win her back or will she stay with the guy she's with now? Pagan who doesn't like Christmas at all for his own personal reasons has decided to try for Jassica and try really hard to win her back, but Jassica has a very big secret. This was an amazingly put together addition to the Royal Bastard' MC storyline with to strong main characters Pagan & Jessica they met and had a relationship and things didn't work out because they were polar opposites and after Pagan with through a horrible time with his accident, he turned into a different person all together, but he was missing the one person he could not live without.
This is an amazing book and has so many different types of emotions it is a thrilling emotional rollercoaster ride so can't wait for the next book in this series to come out because this author keeps making this series better and better with each new book to the Royal Bastards MC.

Pagan had what is best described as a complicated relationship with Jassica as he was married. It was more of forced marriage than anything as his wife's dad was tied to a syndicate that had bought his mothers old gambling debts.
Pagan was sleeping with Jassica, as well as the club girls, and eventually the turmoil was too much for her and she snapped. She left which broke both their hearts.
This is a well written story full of angst, and some intrigue. I really enjoyed this story and would recommend it to others.

This is the second chance with Jassica and Pagan. She used to be the nurse for his blind sister while having a crazy hot romance with each other and she ends up leaving. This is the sixth book in this fascinating series, and this is Pagan and Jassika’s story. Jassika is Pagan’s sister nurse, and she has also been his dirty little secret, but she has now had enough of the toxic relationship they are in and she leaves. Pagan is the VP of his MC, and he does not celebrate Christmas like the others, so he heads to the mountains, and he is determined to convince Jassika to come back to him. This is a well-paced story, with secrets, turmoil, healing, intrigue, second chances, romance, emotions, action packed, and love, which leads to a riveting page turner.

There were some touching moments, some witty bantering, some groveling and compromises, steamy times, and a lot of support. I enjoyed Jassica and Pagan as a couple, figuring out what really mattered. They did have their misunderstandings, past mistakes regarding treatment of each other. I loved that Jassica actually took steps to get herself together after the toxicity in their relationship pulled them apart. I smiled as Pagan made a lot of compromises to win Jassica back. The secondary characters added some fun to this story.

He is in a relationship with the woman that had his child and although it is loveless, he stays because of the debt her father paid off for Pagan's mother. Everything comes to a head when Jassica leaves town devastating Pagan. When she returns, she is over Pagan, but he continues the pursuit of Jassica. Will he get her to let down the walls around her heart and will this time around lead them to a happily ever after?.

Great Christmas Novella for this RBMC Chapter!
We’ve met both these characters in previous books. I didn’t really like them and how they treated characters that I really liked. That being said, I still don’t really like Pagan and Jassica, however, I like them for each other. I could feel their chemistry come off the pages and I enjoyed reading about a different perspective of some of the things that have already happened. This book is the tamest book in this series but I think it was absolutely necessary to move things along.

WOW just wow Morgan Jane Mitchell blew me away with Pagan and Jessica's story. Pagan has really good reasons for not celebrating Christmas and when he shared his past with Jessica my heart broke for him and his sister. Jessica has a secret of her own and when she shares it with Pagan it could destroy them. This is a great addition to this series and a few surprises thrown it that had me saying wtf. I can't wait to see what happens next.

This is Pagan and Jassica’s story and lord almighty what a story it is. We find out a lot in this story about the fire, where Jassica went and why. But Pagan wants to start over again with Jassica and it really gets good, you can’t put the book down there is so much happening. What an incredible read! I am so looking forward for the next book, Valentine’s Eve. I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

It's Christmas and Pagan has healed from his burns, though he hates the holiday as it brings back memories, he and Kingpin go to the retirement home to break out Satan for their annual blow out, whilst there they find Jassica, Cece's old nurse and the one Pagan loved but she left him and though she's back she's moved on. Can Pagan win the love of his life back.
