The book was just okay. It was more motivational than practical, focusing on why you shouldn't eat certain foods rather than providing concrete guidance on what to look for on labels of the food. Much of the content centered on how eating the right foods can support weight loss. For someone like me who already reads labels and primarily eats whole, natural foods the book didn’t offer much new insight. I actually found more useful information on the author’s social media page than in the book itself.

As much as I wanted to like this book, it just didn’t do it. The book is very short 80 pages in the font is like 25.

50% of the book, if not more, is personal information about the author. I just felt that did not have enough nutritional information or wasn’t that helpful.

What I loved about this book is that it was short, got right to the point and told me a few things that I was not familiar with but could verify.

This book was very informative and simple. I plan to put the principles outlined into practice. Hopefully I will stick with and apply what I have learned consistently.

100% not worth the $

This “book” is more like a pamphlet that can be summed up by: eat like the bible says and stay away from those demons salt, sugar and additives.
