Really helpful for those interested in starting canning fruit, veggies and meat, pickling fruits and veggies, making various jams and jellies, etc (with recipes). It's in an easy to follow, almost textbook style format with pictures and step by step guides, as well as various safety precautions. Has a handy index at the end, and it's only 95 pages long. Definitely going to keep for future reference!
