Some very interesting and valid aspects or true but not popularly know scientific discoveries, much more of which could be included in a revised edition. But on the whole there is a lot of irrelevant rubish flushed up here, e.g. appearances at Fatima, and others purported to have been Mary. Many chapters could have been almost completely eliminated. I found it interesting to read the one chapter on Findhorn and how & by whom it was founded, as I personally knew someone who lived there back many years ago.
