Strong Enough: Notes on discovering hope, love and strength within

Rate this book
'Strong Enough' is a book of poems and notes on discovering hope, love and strength within. It is a reminder of hope in the difficult, an assurance that no matter what has happened in the past, there is power within a human heart to find its way through it all, heal what still hurts and become stronger than ever.

Find the encouragement you need to carry on living on the days that make you feel stuck, hope for the seasons that make you feel lost and overwhelmed, and reasons to keep on believing in the possibilities of life even in the most struggling and uncertain times.

This has been my favorite book from Dhiman ✨ Simple but sweet, with longer texts with a specific title each (not just random words). I think it's the kind of book I'd have next to my bed to read it before going to sleep. Tip: read it as if you were giving your dear friend the sweetest advice, but then try and do it to yourself. It's a good positive self-talk practice, especially if read slowly. It can be a good idea to repeat each fragment multiple times if needed, softly and with compassion.

It's easy to read and can be finished in less than 1-2 hours, but i recommend to take time reading each fragment, especially those that resonate with ourselves the most.

A nice collection of short paragraphs and poems. I like many of them and could find myself in it, but I must admit that I liked the other books by this author more.

At times, I did feel this was rather sickly sweet but that was because I don't know those thoughts at this moment. This book's poems/statements hit when they need to. Glad to have it for those days.
