Rough Night has every possible thing you want in a well written and fast-paced MC romance book... angst, suspense, turmoil, danger, mystery, well-developed characters that you can empathize with, plenty of steam, and an ending that you don't expect.

This is the 8th book in the series and a continuation of book 7. Sage and Mia’s story continues as he recovers from his kidnapping from the rival MC the Omens. Intense chemistry with load of drama, suspense and steam. I really liked this fast-paced, action-paced MC read. The characters are amazing with lots of depth and their story drew me in. I liked it.

This story is a continuation from book 7 with Sage recuperating from being tortured and kidnapped by the Omens and saved by Mia. Sage is still tormented by his past and his love for Laura as he won't give his heart to Mia and keeps pulling away even though he is grateful for all Mia has done for him. Now Mia who has proved her worth to Fiona and Grier has finally gotten what she has always wanted, she has become a Screaming Demon. Her only concern is to help Sage anyway she can to open up to her, but she knows that it won't be easy as he keeps pushing her away. With problems coming towards the club, Sage and Mia have to return to Boston as Sage to prove his worth, will get the information needed to save the club as well as the Florida charter. Now they are returning to Florida, to their home that gives them pleasure and contentment. The tension and passion between these two finally give way as Sage will begin to open up and try at a relationship with her as his dreams play a big part for him to move on, but as usual these two will not have a easy go of it. Someone from the past may end up breaking these two apart. Has all the pain and torment Sage put himself through all these years been for nothing? Was he being used? And what will happen to Mia as she has finally found the love she has always wanted, will her heart be broken and has she lost Sage forever? This story is filled with suspense, passion, drama and heartbreak as we have to wait for the next installment to find out if these two will be together. I am so addicted to The Screaming Demons MC. These Authors certainly have a hit on their hands.

We were all introduced to Sage & Mia in the first few books, however, the last 2 have centered around them. I, personally, would like to say thank you to these Authors for acknowledging our Veterans and what they face. While I am aware that this is a fictional book, these issues are not.

Sage, a member of The Screaming Demons MC, has been sent to another branch to deal with a rival MC. This release picks right back up where the last left off and you dive right into the storyline. Mia, truly shows her strength, however, she can't fight against Sage's past, and when a certain member of that past comes to call, things really heat up. I truly believe every single fan of an MC romance will adore these books.


I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced readers copy of Rough Night in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion.

I highly recommend reading this book as well as the Series as a whole. I am now impatiently awaiting the release of Rough Love, the next installment to The Screaming Demons MC.

This splendid story continues flawlessly from “Rough Trip #7” & is quite fascinating to read. The story covers a Screaming Demons MC rider recuperating from being abducted & tortured by the despicable MC riders (the Omens) before being saved by a determined woman (Mia) who is the newest member of the (Hell Kat) it has a suspenseful plot filled with intrigue & some unexpected situations with good scene descriptions & world building. The characters are well-developed, complex individuals & have good chemistry between them.
There is: MC riders, FBI, action, adventure, twists & turns, drama, suspense, secrets, mystery, threats, danger, violence, anguish, heartache, some steamy scenes, suspicions, deceit, discovery, emotional turmoil, manipulations, decisions, verbal conflict, confrontations & a unpleasant surprise from Sage’s past. Sadly this book does end in a cliffhanger & I look forward to the next book with great anticipation.

You need to read the other books in the series to get what's going on. Sage and Mia were a rollercoaster of emotions. Sage gave me whiplash with how he acted but I could understand his feelings even if I didn't like them. Mia was sweet and spunky. The club drama was interesting. And they allow women in on it which is so much fun. The plot twist at the end had me so angry at that character. I would have never guessed they would have popped up. The spice level is 1.5/5. Overall this was a good book. I always find the writing style a little odd though. Sometimes I get mixed up at who I'm reading about.

Thoughts- Lord, this book was boring. Nothing much happened. When law enforcement got involved, I thought that at last, something interesting was coming, but nope. They just had to leave town for about ten minutes. I don’t even know why that bit was even in the book. I mean, it wasn’t horrible. It was just… not much. This book should not have been written; the information in it could have easily been condensed and used in the next book. Better yet, the trilogy should be cut down into a single volume or duet. This shows lazy writing and editing.

Wow what a phenomenal new story in the Screaming Demons MC series with a twist I wasn't expecting. As a former soldier and now a Screaming Demon, Sage has seen his fair share of war and death. Suffering from PTSD and survivor's guilt he is plagued with nightmares and often questions why he was spared. Enter Mia the newest Hell Kat, with no family of her own, she longs for a place to belong. Mia and Sage fight their attraction until a near death experience makes them both realize time is short and their attraction quickly becomes something more. But when a ghost from Sage's past comes back will their new found love survive this complicated surprise? Rough Night is a captivating must read that will keep readers entertained for hours with it's twists and passion. I can't wait to read Rough Love.

Rough Night is book 8 of Screaming Demons MC is the continuation of Mia and Sage's story. Rough Night is a great continuation of Rough Trip and the characters that are interesting in a high school liking way. Mia and Sage are in the early stage of early love and friendship. Sage is learning to let go of his past and the guilt he has felt being a survivor and losing his girlfriend at the time to a bomb. Mia is finally growing into the powerful woman she was always meant to be and she is absolutely loving it, even if she isn't aware of the internal power that she possess. I find that Mia and Sage are a powerful couple who are better together than apart and their growing love is proof of this. I would highly recommend this book and the series to other readers.

This is book 8 in the Screaming Demons MC series and it features Sage and Mia. The relationship is kind of confusing. Mia is all in. She’s in love with him but since he never talks about his feelings or his past, she has no idea what his thoughts are about anything. This book is jam-packed with self reflection from both main characters. I got really tired of Sage being so fickle.

I have to admit that I did a lot of skimming during this read. I hate skimming but I couldn’t have finished without it. None of the other books in this series had as much inner dialogue with the main characters. A really good thing happened at the end though. We find out who Lorraine really is! PLOT TWIST! I’m looking forward to book 9.

Sage is recovering from what happened to him and isn't sure where Mia's place in his life is right now. He is thankful for what Mia did for him but Sage doesn't know where he fits in the club with everything that's happened. Mia has shown Fiona that she is there for the club so she's happy when she is made a club member. Sage and Mia need to figure out how to manage what happen to help the club maintain its standing and move forward. Can Sage and Mia find a way to be together? What will happen with the club?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is a great continuation of the previous book and the characters that are interesting in a high school liking way.
Sage and Mia are in the stages of early love and friendship. They are navigating the ins and outs of their pasts and looking towards the future. It is a gentle love that is working for them and the other people in their world.

I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update. WHOA! Loved this! Lets just say that Mia and Sage are fireworks! Slowly Sage begins to let Mia in. He still is dreaming about Laura, but she is telling him it's OK to move on. Just when things seem to be calming down it looks like the Feds are watching them and on top of that there is a woman who keeps coming into the bar and snooping. They get a handle on the situation with the Feds and you are thinking, finally they get some Mia and Sage time....until the woman comes back to the bar claiming she is Sage's dead love!!!!!!!! I almost screamed in my chair!!! It's killing me to have to wait for the next book....

This is the eighth book in the Screaming Demons MC Series and is a great addition to the series. Summer Cooper doesn't disappoint. Lots of steam and plenty of suspense in this fast paced romance. As with the rest of the series, this book is not short of danger or turmoil. Mia and Sage's story continues to unfold and heat up. He still deals with nightmares and dreams of Laura but Mia helps him heal. A great book that was fun to read. The characters are great, strong and well developed. I read an arc via Bad Boy update and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Another great book in the Screaming Demons Mc series!
It is a continuation of Mia and Sage’s story. Sage is recovering from his kidnapping and they are slowly getting to know more about each other. Can they make a relationship between them work? There’s a mystery woman that keeps showing up at the Screaming Demons bar. What part will she play in the relationship? I love this well written, fast paced MC romance! Heartwarming: The saga continues in book 8, Sage and Mia's story. The Screaming Demons is an amazing series. We have had suspense, drama, mystery and heartache with the deaths of a few main characters but the Demon's are bouncing back stronger than ever. What is on the horizon for Sage and Mia? Will Mia be all in with Sage and the love she has for him and the Demon's or will she be loyal to the Omen's? Time will tell. Amazing read with great characters. It will keep you on the edge page after page but does not disappoint. Now we just have to wait for book 9.

Mia led the Florida Screaming Demons to save Sage from the abandoned well. He awakes alone in the hospital with a change of mind. But changing a lifetime way of being does not happen overnight. He returns home to find out Mia has been accepted into the Screaming Demons. Book 8 has anther great plot of action, danger, and developing deep connection between Mia and Sage. But a strange woman keeps showing up at the bar claiming 'he' was hers first. What new danger is this? This is a great series that should start with Book 1.

Sage and Mia finally admit their feelings but they can’t seem to share that with each other. A constant battle within themselves, always believing that they are not good for each other. An emotional roller coaster story with suspense.

Summer delivers another wonderful and exciting tale in the lives of the Screaming Demons. Each chapter is an in-depth look into their lives and their journey towards each other. Each revelation had me stunned wondering how did I not see it. Another enjoyable book.

Mia never gave up trying to find Sage, but when he was found he wasn't in a great state, although her determination might have just been the thing that saved him. Mia has proven that she is loyal, so maybe the things of her past can be forgiven. Now can Mia help Sage get the help he needs after all that trauma? Sage and Mia have struggled through a bit, and they have more struggles to get through. I am enjoying Sage and Mia's story, although it can be a bit frustrating sometimes, and I look forward to what happens next for this pair.

Rough Night. This book is a continuation of the Screaming Demons series. It is more based on the relationship between Mia and Sage. There was so much drama between them to be sorted out. After the kidnapping, it was hard to put in words what they felt. Sage knew he was indebted to Mia for saving his life, but there was more. Sage and Mia's story continues after Mia and the MC have saved Sage from the well. While be held captive, Sage began to relook at his live and new he would made changes. Now out of the hospital, Sage has a new look on life, but Mia is still hesitated due to her past and how Sage treated her.

This part of the story is Sage and Mia getting to know each other, with a bit a drama from the cops and the appearance of a mystery woman who throws a twist at the end.

Back and forth Sage and Mia go! Sage is trying hard to let go of his past and move on with Mia. He is drawn to her and wants to protect her. Mia finally feels like she has something to live for and has grown stronger and more powerful.

Finally accepting that Sage can have a life post Laura, the only way he can show Mia he loves her is to get tattoos together. But what happens when a woman shows up causing trouble? Who can this woman be and what does she want?

Wonderful Read

Having read the previous 7 books, this book is a much needed reminder of just how far both Sage and Mia have come. And how much more they can go.

The chemistry and the fact that this journey we call life can also mimic art. The chaos and the peace.

I’m looking forward to seeing what is next.

And the plot thickens!!!!!!!!!

I was struggling to get into this instalment in the series as it quite laid back with nothing much happening and then Lorraine makes an appearance, seemingly inconsequential until an absolute shocker is revealed.

That cliff hanger made me glad I got to read the book quite late in the week that I don’t have long to wait for the last book in the series.

Check out the next to final instalment in this explosive series, I have loved each and every one of the characters, they have all brought to the Screaming Demons, action and some twists and turns that you just don't see coming. Can Sage let go of the past and have a future with Mia, this one will answer any questions you may have.

Mia has rallied the troops and Sage is finally rescued from the well where he has been hanging for two days. Badly injured, he is taken to hospital. Once home again, they find that their house is being watched. They are asked by Fiona to return home immediately for their safety. Who is Lorraine? How come she knows Sage? Once again a terrific story. It will be so sad when this series comes to an end.
