I was engaged from page 1. Underworld Speed dating. What a great concept. I received an ARC copy. This is my voluntary review. This is my 1st book to read in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series. I love a good intrigue. Give me a witch and an angel and I am all in. Love how the book starts out. Both Sybil and Azazel are at a speed dating for the Underground event. Azazel (Fallen Angel) figures out that she actually works in one of his occult shops. Mind Over Magic. He is intrigued by her and pays her a visit. She has unusual magic powers. Anything else I want to tell you would be a spoiler. So if you love withcy books, with lots of action, you will need to get this one and start reading. I could not put it down. From a Fan… Pam James

Another fantastic addition to this series with all of these amazing authors writing about the guys and girls in the underworld who try their hand at speed dating and this is Azazel’s and Sybil’s story. Azazel finds his mate in Sybil but her life is in danger so he will do whatever he has to to protect Sybil. Sorry guys no spoilers but this is a fantastic story I loved it and the characters and I highly recommend this book it’s well worth the read.

Loving this series! I love how each book in this series is written by different authors so I can sample their writing. So far, I commend how each writer is complementing each other in this series. This is a relatively new writer for me (I read one of her stories in "Rituals & Runes"), and l highly enjoyed this story. This story is about Azazel, fallen angel who protects witches and warlocks and owner of occult shops and Sybil a witch who works in one of his shops. Azazel sitting at the table for the speed dating notices a woman who enters who sits four tables away. When Sybil sits at his table and talk, they realize an instant connection and Azazel's demon saying "Mine". Azazel is planning to visit her the next day. Meanwhile Sybil who is being chased by an angel sought refuge by entering DeLux Café. Walking home after the speed dating, the angel catches her, and she's rescued by Azazel who takes her to his home. What occurs is an engaging story that I received via Booksprout and I volunteer to read and review.

There's a lot going on in this book. The fallen angel Azazel has more of a conscious for mortals than the angel Morrah did. Murrah tried to use Sybil's ability to draw magic out of other witches. He even killed innocent witches to get Sybil to do his bidding. He stopped at nothing to get what he thought should be done, even trying to make Sybil love him. Fated mate though have away of finding each other and working together to solve their problems.
Theres plenty of drama, danger and steamy love scenes in this book.

Wow!! This book was amazing! Loved it from beginning to end. There was danger, intrigue, suspense, love and romance. I couldn’t put it down. Azazel, a fallen angel, and Sybil, a witch, met at the De Lux Cafe speed dating event. Both were there by chance but Azazel knew straight away she was his fated mate. She was also being hunted for her abilities and once he understood what was going on he needed to keep his mate safe but also let her look after herself. The balance was difficult, the danger very real but he would stop at nothing to keep her forever. The ending was fantastic. 5 star must read!!.

I am really enjoying this series so far, and I like the contribution of different writers while maintaining some core characters and places. This one is maybe my favourite so far. The damsel in distress, is definitely not helpless and stands up for herself beautifully. Azazel is rather hands off, letting Sybil fight her own battles and demons, while accompanying her physically and emotionally. Loved the goats and Day.

Azazel isn't sure about joining speed dating, he'd rather be doing paperwork. Until she walked in. From her flushed face and purple hair he knew that she was different.
That is how this book starts and it moves quickly from there. This is the first of the "Speed Dating With the Denizens of the Underworld " books that I have read but I will definitely be reading the others in this series.

This is Book 5 of Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld. This is a story for Azazel and Sybil. Wow this one has more danger and drama then the last one. I loved how dangerous Sybil is and how much she needs her fallen Angle Azazel. I loved how this book ends but did not like that mean lady and what she did to the goat. I can not wait for the next book.

This was a fantastic read that was engaging and suspenseful with some magic, fighting and romance thrown in as well. Azazel is a fallen Angel who gifted mere mortals magic and meets Sybil at an event at DeLux Cafe. Without spoiling this for you, Sybil’s gifts are hunted after and she turns to Azazel for assistance. What a page turner to see how and if this couple can defeats the odds.

This love faces several tests of honesty, trust, facing the crazy path her bloodline laid out for her, learning to let each other in. I loved Azazel's assistant, Dey! This series is a lot of fun and full of hot guys and tough chicks! Looking forward to the next episode!.

Amazing suspense......

I honestly can't choose which one I love the most in this series, they just flow in to the next one. I love how strong the females are, and I love the contrast between mate matches. This series was an excellent idea and I'm finding new to me Authors. Really looking forward to the next one being it's a female, can't wait to see what shenanigans happen! Kudos to A.L. this story was awesome!

This is the fifth book in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series. It's a fast-paced and standalone book that will keep you engaged from start to finish.
This is a story about a fallen angel (H) and a witch (h). He protects witches and warlocks plus is the owner of several occult shops. The H works in one of his shops and is being chased by an angel. Why? So she ducks into the DeLux Cafe and starts talking to the H at this speed dating event.

This speed dating book was very well thought out. It has colorful characters and a good plot line.
What Sybil goes through in this book is heartbreaking but it's also pivotal for her becoming the woman she is in the ending.
It's a quick read, worth every penny and recommended.

Great characters for the most part but I didn’t like the plot as much as I did in the earlier books. None of the other white angels acted the way Morrah did so this felt out of sync with the earlier books world building. I really disliked how the white angle was this evil being and how the creator was portrayed.

Azazel (Speeding Dating with the Denizens of The Underworld) is a paranormal romance. It says #5, but each book is it's own story written by different authors. This one is written by talented author A.L. Kessler and follows Azazel, the fallen angel, as he quite literally bumps into the witch who is fated to be his mate.

Azazel runs many businesses, his most popular being a chain of supply stores for witches. Witches that he helped create when Heaven was divided. He lives in Hell, but visits the human world frequently to check up on the individual stores annnnd when his nosey secretary sets him up for a speed dating event. What? You can't be alone eternity in hell!

Sybil is a witch that's been hunted for her dark powerful skill since she was young, forcing her to basically be on high alert at all times. Its this unknown threat that chases her into the very location the Underworld speed dating event is happening.

When the two collide, sparks fly almost instantly, but Sybil has no time for getting to know someone, let alone romance. She is constantly being attacked by unknown being. But Azazel won't let one of his own witches be hunted like a wild animal, especially one he is so connected to.

Together they will discover who is behind the stalking and attacks, and find a way to be together.

This book was a pretty good quick read. I enjoyed the worldbuilding a lot. I was a little disappointed how quickly it went, was really hoping for something silly with the whole "speed dating" thing but that was honestly just a quick scene in the opening. The rest of the story was action packed, which I appreciate a lot in a PNR. There is an on-page spice scene. For me, the spice was a 3 out 5. I think mostly because I didn't feel a strong connection between the two because I'm not big on 'fated mates'.

It was well written and edited! I love the cover art, too! Reminds me of the show Good Omens (also based on a fun fallen angels book).

Sybil been hiding for a long time and just when she started to feel like she was safe she's forced to hide in DeLux Cafe and into the speed dating that night. It's there that she encounters a fallen angel Azazel who's struggling with his own demons. The connection is instant as Sybil just happens to be a witch that was blessed with her powers from Azazel himself. When he learns that he's the reason she's been hiding the whole time and his gift has caused her to lose someone she loved. Will they be able to stop who's hunting Sybil and realize they are mates?

I love Sybil she's a sweetheart who's just trying to survive after everything she's had to overcome. Azazel has his own personal demons but he see's that Sybil needs him and is willing to do anything to help her. They have this steamy sizzling chemistry that started at the cafe and continues through the whole story.

I really liked the concept for this one as I've heard about Azazel over the years and wanted to see how this would play out. The characters are easy to connect with you can't help loving all of them. I enjoyed the authors storytelling it's a captivating action packed story from start to finish. I actually finished Azazel from start to finish in one reading session it was hard to put down. This is my first book by the author and I look forward to reading more of the authors stories.

Sybil is a witch who keeps a very low profile. There is someone after her and she is very careful about what she does and where she goes. She works is an occult shop which is owned by Azazel, a fallen angel who happens to be the one who gave the power to her bloodline which enables her to take away other witch's magic. She varies her routine one night only to be chased again and she ends up in DeLux Cafe where she ends up being involved in the speed dating. Meeting Azazel he recognises her as his mate. As things progress he realizes that it is another angel, Morrah who is determined to keep her and use her power to destroy all witches. When Morrah kidnaps her Azazel will not stop until he gets her back and his mate is safe. This is a great story with lots of action, danger, love and hot passion in this marvellous story.
