I thought this was a good story that got really exciting at the end! The story ends well with an open ending that makes me want to read a sequel.
There are also some flaws in the story.
The first time Connor and Calli made love I didn't read that there was talk about safe sex and that at a time like this? Inappropriate! Also the times that followed nothing was said about it / to read whether it is safe. That bothers me a bit.
Every now and then the story collapsed a bit but the exciting last chapter made up for a lot

You will be pulled into this story from the first chapter as you are taken on one hell of a ride, Erotic is full of suspense, secrets, danger and passionate.
Callista, is a determined sexy woman who for years wanted answers from her mother as to why her father left her and her sister when she was a toddler. Her mother is a strong proud Persian woman who stands her ground tells Callista her father left them as he was in a biker club and didn't want them anymore . Years later, Callista leaves the Navy, hires a private investigator and learns her father is Pres. of the Sons of Gods MC in Alabama. As luck would have it she is able to rent a room with Gemma whose brother is a prospect with the club and is also able to get a job at the local biker bar Shots hoping to learn more about the club and her father. Thorn is still threatening Cali at work until she fights back and is given a deadly warning by Thorn. Connor takes a shaken Cali out for dinner to take her mind of Thorn. Once he helps her relax, they talk about their past and Connor assures Cali that he along with his club will protect her. Alone again these two come together as they express this new found love between them that is raw, hard and steamy. Once Connor is able to text Zeus Cali's ID he notices her last name is Spencer he wonders if it is a coincidence it is the same as Zeus.

Zeus informs her that his mother is Risk a club whore. As Zeus walks away he tells Cali he will talk to her soon. Cali now has to tell Connor before the truth comes out. Zeus calls Church and asks Connor to come as he is finally made a patch member and will be known as Eros. Eros is elated that he has achieved the one thing he wanted, to be a full member of the SOGMC. His happiness may be overshadowed when Zeus asks him to stay behind as Zeus informs Eros that Cali is his daughter and about his past, he also expressed he was happy that he protected his daughter. Eros is upset and angry thinking Cali used him to get close to her father and wonders if that is the only reason Zeus made him a member as he walks away. This story had so many twists and turns as the club and Cali's friends are celebrating her birthday at Shots, Cali decides to talk to her half brother Dionysus for the first time as they welcome each other as brother and sister. Chaos erupts when Thorn and his men start shooting the bar wanting Cali. Trying to get to Eros and her father , Thorn shoots Zeus and Cali is taken away. Hades is now in charge of the club while Zeus is recovering in the hospital, Eros claims Cali as his ol'lady while everyone is tying to find where Thorn has taken her. The club is now in chaos as Hades , Eros and his brothers are trying to find Cali with no luck. Eros informs all that she is his ol'lady and he will do all he can to get her back and end Thorn. When Hades gets a call from an identified caller saying he knows where Cali is for the right price, they agree and are given the directions of Cali's location. Now Eros and his brothers are out for blood as they are rushing to the location where Thorn has Cali. Things are not what they seem when the cabin is deserted expect for a naked, beaten chained Cali. Eros with all the love he has for her wraps her up and takes her back to the clubhouse for the doctor to tend to her wounds. In his arms Eros vows to Cali that she is his forever. Now we are left with a cliffhanger with much needed questions that need to be answered. Elizabeth you have done your readers proud once again with your amazing storytelling! I Loved It!!
This is the first book in a new MC series with the Sons of God MC and the first book was awesome with one heck of an ending. There are two people who have lost so much family wise and they have come together but will secrets keep them apart. Connor/Eros and Calli have something in common that will lead Connor to question whether Calli has real feelings for him or not.
I was drawn in by the twists and turns and the steam of this book. I can’t wait to get to know more of the brothers and the lives they live. Plus, I need to know where Eros, Calli and Zeus are going with all the drama that’s happening around them. I’m hooked on this new series.

I liked this book and thought it got this new series off to a good start, it tells how Callista went looking for her father and ended up in Alabama where she meets Connor, a member of the Sons of Gods MC. Callista and Connor both feel an instant and unexpected attraction for each other and share some palpable and hot chemistry.
What happens next is fast pace storyline filled with excitement, danger, suspense to go along with their hot chemistry. The story flows well and I look forward to the next book

What an awesome first story to a series. I love MC romances and so I had to check this story out. I really liked the characters and could relate a little to the losses that both of them faced. The two found each other while looking for a family and place to belong. There were secrets between them I was hoping that those would not be the reason for their downfall. This book was exciting and I really loved the ending. Can't wait to check out more stories in this series. Definitely a recommended read!

It was fast-paced storytelling, and the ending just left me a bit confused and rushed.

I started to read this book and fell into the story line. The main characters are both alike,both looking for a family to belong to, and they find each other by accident. The story line could be ripped from todays lifestyle.
Callie is looking for her father and her family is against it,but she still goes to find him, along the way she falls for Connor a member of the local MC Club.
They work towards having a relationship together and its great, until he finds out that the father she’s looking for is his president. This makes him feel like she used him to get to the President.
There is trouble and she is taken, her father hurt, and the club is in turmoil. They find her and rescue her and take her back to the club to protect her and to let her recover. It ended in a cliff hanger and I’m bummed that it ended when it did. I just hope there is more to come.
Callie is looking for her father and her family is against it,but she still goes to find him, along the way she falls for Connor a member of the local MC Club.

Callie sets out to find the father that left her years ago only to find Connor who is in a MC club and offers to help her find her father. What they did not expect is the Prez of his MC club is her father and Connor thinks he has been used by Callie. There are some twists in this story that keeps you reading.

All of the members of the Sons of God are patched in with names of the Greek Gods, including Connor who is about to take the name of the God of Love, Eros. The requisite evil has many faces including the Vile Serpents mc president Thorn.
EROTIC is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, obsession and madness, family and love. The fast paced premise is dark, gritty and engaging but some of the more raw and heart breaking scenes are off page and only alluded to; the romance is seductive; the characters are determined and desperate.

Well that was a disappointment. Started off great but ....
Some reviews said it was gritty? Er where? It was virtually a mills n boon until that silly ending.
There's one major fundamental problem with this book: she skips whole segments of the story n jumps a couple of days ahead multiple times so the story is incomplete, it lacks depth. For example: her mother n sister arrive, they meet with the prez, her dad, but we dont find out anything that happened or what was said other than they left.
She chats to dion her half brother for 2 seconds n thats it.
She gets kidnapped n served I think 10 yrs in the navy but apparently learnt no self defence skills and when the shoot out happened in the bar she behaved like a girl rather than someone who'd been in the military for a fucking decade!!!
Just saying:
they have sex a couple of times the 1st time, he doesn't use a condom and they both get up in the morning, neither shower, or go to the toilet etc and go straight on his bike to his club! What woman do you know who does that? She'd stink, sorry but she would and not go to the toilet? And the same clothes!! What a really stupid scene that spoils the book and thats just plain nasty!! Yuk
So she goes to the club for a family bbq and didn't run into her dad? It just jumps from her playing pool to a few days later in the coffee shop. Nothing else about the bbq, if she saw her dad, the club whores etc, nothing! What was the point of that scene then?
Additionally there's hardly any bike culture or activity tbh. Does the author even know or is she yet another author who's jumped in the biker band wagon?
Due to the disjointed and unfinished scenes the book doesn't flow correctly, you end up going back to make sure you didn't miss some pages. Its annoying af.

OVERALL: First time reading MC romance - Enjoyed it - Recommend
PROS:
1. At first, there were a lot of characters introduced and it was a bit chaotic, but they grow on you
2. Steamy sexy times (sometimes a bit rough and had some elements of pain with pleasure)
3. It was neat to have a Persian ethnicity in a romance (first time for me)
4. This book has heart, likable characters, action, violence, an honorable MC that valued women and kids, a reunion, secrets, semi-betrayal, suspense, rescue mission, and more
CONS:
1. It was sweet & sexy how Calli & Connor reconnected after they cleared the air (PRO), but (here's the CON) found it a bit strange that she'd get into a sexy time while her family had a very difficult reunion downstairs. One would think Calli and family would want to be together for that.
2. Ends abruptly - It started getting suspenseful but then just ends (a pro to this though, is that there's a partial resolution so you won't throw your kindle!), but enticing enough to get me to want to read the next book.
3. New genre and author for me so it was an adjustment getting used to writing/speaking style and MC dialogue/lingo

As I’m reading this story, I’m at chapter 8, there isn’t really much that happening, a run in with a rival MC President, Thorn with Callie. I HATE the Kardashions, so Callie is described as a Kardashion so many times, eye rolling! Her mother tells her that her father left for his MC, yet her mother still wears her wedding band over when we get a sneak peak at Callie’s birthday and 20 later her mother still is in pain of her husband’s choice. Callie like Connor (so far) but she has her own motives one befriending Connor, get into his club, while Connor already has been with her for a day and getting some strong feelings. Right now I’m fighting to keep reading this because it’s not at all catching my attention.
Finished with the book, which ends in a cliffy btw, I wanted to love this story from reading the blurb but I still couldn’t grasp at anything for my attention. Just something about it is missing, maybe I don’t connect to a character or something…
I have a bunch of questions with no answers…. Like what happened when her mother and sister showed up and daddy-o talked with them, what was all said? What all happened when she was kidnapped and was found? Connor’s backstory about foster care and his life was a quick over view but Why is Connor aka Eros so ticked off with his thinking of Callie using him for the club? So it has been a while since I picked up an MC romance and Ms. Knox has written an exciting start to a new series.
Calli and Connor are a good fit. They are both loyal and are looking to belong, Connor to his MC family and Calli to her long-lost father. But Calli has a secret that may ruin her growing relationship with Connor. Is she just using him for personal gain? What are her true feelings toward Connor?
I like the fact that Calli was in the Navy and that she is not afraid to go after the father that abandoned his family so long ago despite her mother’s and sister’s protests. Working in a biker bar takes guts considering the rough crowd it attracts, and unfortunately, there is a predator who has his sights set on her. Calli met Connor by accident when he was helping her roomie’s brother fix their apartment’s leaky pipes. Connor is quiet, broody, and eager to get patched into the Sons of Gods MC. He has no time for a relationship, but there is something about the beautiful and intriguing bartender that has the big stronger biker dude longing to see her every day and stay with her every night. When Calli’s secret finally comes out in an untimely manner, it changes their dynamic and she has some explaining to do. But just when things start looking up, her worst nightmare unfolds leaving a cliffhanger that had me surprised and anxious to read the next book.

Great start to what I am sure will be a great series! Callista (Callie) has always wondered what happened to her father and just wants to know why he left. Her mother, was no help and wanted Callie to drop it. Callie is feisty, sassy, and very stubborn! Finally tracking her father down to a MC club (Sons of Gods), she finds out her father (Zeus) is the President. She can inject herself into the mixture – she gets a job at a local bar and moves in with the sister (Gemma) of one of the other prospects. Connor is a prospect for the Sons of Gods MC. The club is his family and he is doing everything he can to become a member. He goes with Pan (Gemma’s brother) to her house to fix a plumbing issue. Connor is sensing a little spark and Callie is seeing her way in to finally meeting her father and getting the answers she has been waiting for.
As Connor and Callie spend more time together, the feelings between them start to get real. All they want to do is be with each other and have lots and lots of steamy $ex! But what happens when the truth comes out and it is revealed that Zeus is her father? Connor is given his patch and his club’s name is now Eros. But feelings are hurt and doubt is created. And to top it all off – Callie is then kidnapped by a rival President (Vile Serpents) and Zeus is shot. Ends on a small cliffhanger!

Connor is a Sons of Gods prospect. He's a child of the system looking for a family, which he finds with the MC.
When these two meet, the attraction is immediate and the sparks fly.
But what happens when Connor learns why Callista is there? Will Callista finally have the closure she seeks with her father?
Family is at the heart of this tome, whether by blood or by heart.
It's a great story' to start this new series, but lacks a bit of action.
The action only comes in the last chapter, and everything is resolved in the epilogue. I'd have preferred the action to come earlier in the book, with more information about what happened to Calli and how she recovered.
This leads to an irregularity in the pace of the book; it's a fairly slow pace throughout the story, then the last chapter picks up the pace, only to fall back into the epilogue, which left me a little disappointed.
Without this imbalance, it would have been a 5 star for sure.

This is book one of this series and leaves you with a HEA. This book held my attention, but really captured it near the end.
I’m glad that Callista finally stood up to her mother and went to get answers that she has been craving for years. My heart went out to her for what all she went through, but I’m glad that she finally got the answers she needed and was able to find love. I loved that she took no crap from anyone but was able to still be sweet and have a good sense of humor.
I’m glad Connor was able to finally get what he had dreamed of for so long. I did think he liked to play the pitty party game a little too much, but when he finally realized his feelings for Callista, I was happy to see his Alpha side finally come out.
This isn’t like any other MC book I’ve read before, but I can’t wait to read the rest of the series. I’m excited to see who catches the love bug next, as well as how the adventure we started in this book to get the bad guys pans out.

I've read better from this Author and with life happenings that she has gone through I'm surprised that her betas and editors allowed it to come out like this.
I'm hoping that the things that were skimmed over and day later events do get talked about in following books as I'm sure if and when Callista's dad Zeus gets a book we might learn more about what happened between him and his wife who has taken her marriage as sacrosanct where he confesses to have loved his family so much to throw them away and sleep with club girls having other kids..there's no talk of him ever looking into them or trying to find them so I hope he has a good back story.
Callista pretty much used Connor to get what she wanted she just didn't think she would catch feelings and Connor is always talking about being on his own yet mentions he has other siblings they just got split up.
Definitely doesn't deserve the trigger warnings as a few slaps and flying bullets aren't that descriptive of what is implied as it isn't delved into.
Hope the next is better.

Great start to a new MC series and it definitely left me wanting book 2, asap. The book is well written with a suspenseful heart stopping storyline full of twists, turns, MC action and romance. The characters are well defined to the point I felt like I understood their thoughts, pain and actions. This is Collin’s story. He is one of the prospects for the Son of Gods MC. Being a kid brought up in the system, he lives for the club and the brotherhood/family he desperately wants to be a part of. When his fellow prospect and best friend ask him to help with a plumbing issue at his sister's home, Collin meets one of her sister’s roommates, Callista. He is instantly drawn to her and a connection begins. Collin now has two things he’ll fight to the death for: his club and Calista. But Callista is harboring a secret that just may tear the two apart and cause major havoc with the Sons of God MC.
I highly suggest grabbing up Erotic, asap and getting in on the ground floor of this series. It action packed with thrills and romance throughout.

This is the first in a new series and is Connor and Callista’s journey. Callista has been craving answers as to why her dad left her at a young age, and with her mom against the idea, she sets off to track him down, as he is the President of the Sons of Gods MC. Connor is a prospect, who is loyal to his MC and club brothers, and he is trying to prove he is worthy of being a patched in member. When Connor goes to help a friend’s sister who is having issues with her house, he meets Callista. There is an instant connection between these two, but how will Connor react when he finds out who Callista is? This is a well written story which is dark, raw, gritty, intriguing, and with family, turmoil, drama, danger, suspense, action, secrets, twists, emotions, and romance, which all ends with a cliffhanger. This talented duo has done a great job in weaving this tale, and I look forward to reading the next book.

(Connor & Callie): TRIGGERS: abandonment, sexual assault, drugs, kidnapping, possibly rape. Interesting read. So Callie was raised with her mom and sister but was already curious about her father. All her life she asked but all she got was that he left them for an MC. So finally when she turned 18 she made the choice to go find him. She meets Connor and there's insta romance. This is where this book is different for an MC. NORMALLY, we read an MC romance and the character is actually a member but in this case he's just a pledge, working to get his cut and rockers. We see the internal feelings of a pledge and how they see the members. So it was really cool to see that POV. So Connor and Callie start a relationship and it is hot. MORE DRAMA. The story is really interesting but I wish there were more with THESE characters. The book ends on a cliffhanger so…. Blah.

What I liked- I liked that, for once in a MC Romance, the s. assault is implied rather than set forth in excruciating detail. I liked the relationship the main couple was building together. I liked the secondary characters. And I liked the fact that the heroine’s heritage is diverse, although I don’t know enough about Persian culture or people to know if this is an accurate portrayal.
What I didn’t- there wasn’t anything I really disliked about this book. It did slow down a little around the 40% mark, but the pacing picked up again.
Verdict- I’d recommend this book. And I plan to read the rest of the series.

Callista has always wanted to know why her father left her broken hearted. Her mother won’t tell her about him. Callista has decided to go find him and ask him herself. Callista goes to Birmingham, Alabama where her father Zeus is the president of the Sons of God MC. Callista ends up working in a bar while trying to find her father. Callista meets Connor when he comes to do repairs at the house she is living in. Connor is a prospect for Sons of God MC. Connor has always wanted a family that is why he is prospecting. He was raised in the foster care system and he has always wanted to be part of a big family. The chemistry between Connor and Callista is hot and they get together. Callista originally planned to use Connor to get closer to her father she didn’t tell Connor who her father was and that could cause problems. This first book of a new series, Sons of God MC is very good. The drama, secrets and conflict. Will Connor and Callista find a happy ever after?

WTF
Left on a sort of cliff hanger ! It was a good story, I wanted more angst though. It felt too clean the relationship the heroine had with her father, ( whom she had just met for the first time in years ) I would be pissed off, it was too quick ! The forgiveness and letting him be dad whilst your mum has grieved for a husband who left them, and don't get me started on the half brother she finds out about ! Again just lightly skipped over ! the blow up between the mum and sister with the dad we haven't seen only been told briefly about. It didn't have the depth of feelings that I personally need in a book with this storyline. I don't want immediate forgiveness with my characters, the relationship between the hero and heroine was good, but I needed more regarding the dad, mum, sister, club whore, hell even the club brothers. I love flawed characters and angst but need depth when reading about them.

I love Elizabeth Knox and she's quite the storyteller---especially dark MC stories. I enjoyed Erotic which is the first book in Sons of Gods MC. What a cast of characters that we'll all get to enjoy with future books. Calli's story is like many people seeking out their long lost parent. Connor is a prospect with the club and is working hard to earn his patch. He meets Calli and they're just a steamy pair that can't get enough of each other. Everything is going fine until Calli finds out the truth and Connor isn't quite sure how to handle the truth. As stated, the cast of characters are fantastic for the main couple.
My only issue happens to be the "ending" because I'm usually okay with Elizabeth's books ending in a certain way. However, this ending felt so weird and short. It left a lot to be desired. Yet, I pre-ordered the rest of the books available. I'm hoping we get the answers needed in Pan and Trix's book.

When she is discharged from the Navy, she moves to Birmingham, her dad is Prez of the Sons of Gods MC there. She takes a job a bartender in biker bar that is neutral to all the clubs in the area.
Connor is a prospect Sons of Gods MC and disappointed when his friend is patched and he has to wait. When he dragged away from the celebration, it is to help his fix some plumbing issues at his sister's house. He meets one her roommates, Callista. The more time he spends with Callista the more he thinks this might be his ol' lady. What will Connor think when he finds out she is the daughter of his Prez?
This is the first in the Sons of Gods MC series, looking forward to Pan's story next.

Connor has always wanted to be a part of a family. He's prospected for the Sons of Gods for that exact purpose. He didn't expect Callista to break into his heart like a wrecking ball.
This is obviously a more complicated story than is read on the surface. The plots and sub plots echo through past stories written by Elizabeth Knox. Honestly, they carry the same flare and fire, although tempered by a different lense. The story isn't perfect, it's not meant to be. It does, however, reach out and grab you in the feels. A+ rating in my books.

This is a great start to this new series. I have been waiting for what seems like forever to read about Zeus’s MC and I was not disappointed. Callisto is looking for her dad to find out the truth on why he left. Connor has dreamed of being a member of the Sons of Gods MC. When he and Calli meet the connection is instant, but she has a big secret. Connor is attracted to Calli and their chemistry os off the charts hot. There is also another man who wants Calli, and she wants nothing to do with hi. Connor will do what it takes to keep her safe. What will happen when the secret she has is revealed? There is suspense, secrets, danger, action, drama, twists and hot ah scenes. This was a great story and I loved almost all the characters. The bad guys I didn’t like. 🤣 I can’t wait for more from Elizabeth and see where the Sons go.

This is a passionate story, with hot and steamy moments. But danger lurks with a rival MC begins to harass and threaten Calli, this takes a fast turn to suspense when she is taken, just after Calli is reunited with her dad.
Great start to the series that pulled in from the start and has me wanting more.
