The Influencers is the second novel written by Abhaidev. This action tale is based on a secret organization named WIS and how its employees influence the world. In addition, a considerable portion of the narrative concentrates on speculation of politics and philosophy. An amalgam that I always admire in a novel.
I hope if there is a sequel, then Abhaidev will go deep into Aditya's ancestry, and I would love to read more about Kavya and the former agent of WIS that the author hinted. If you're looking for a fast-paced action read, then this book is for you. However, I recommend it to beginner-level readers.

Aditya Gupta is an influencer. He can influence people with his mind to make them servile. On the surface, he is a government employee, but in reality, he works for the Prime Minister of the country to help him negotiate deals with the world leaders and do his bidding. Aditya is a part of a secret society called WIS. He leads a secret life but one day, his wife discovers the truth about him being an influencer and that puts Aditya’s life in danger as secrecy is very important for the WIS. They want Aditya dead now. Can Aditya dodge this danger?
Reading this book did not feel like a task as I was able to finish it fairly quickly. I read this book in three sittings and every single time, I flew through the pages. The fact that this is such a different story is definitely a contributing factor in making it unpredictable. But apart from that, this is a fast paced story and it does not drag. A thriller should be a page turner and this book checked that box for me.
Reading this book did not feel like a task as I was able to finish it fairly quickly. I read this book in three sittings and every single time, I flew through the pages. The moment we say ‘influencer’ in this time and age, social media comes to mind. Book influencers, beauty influencers, travel influencers, food influencers – so many types that exist on the vast space of the Internet! The primary job of these people is to influence others to buy the thing that they are showing off. But what if influencing could be an actual superpower? What if Influencers exist, actually influencing people’s willpowers and making the tide turn in their favor? Author Abhaidev takes this ‘what if’ and turns it into a gripping thriller called The Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit that will keep your attention from start to finish.
What the Book is About :
The Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit is the story of Aditya Gupta, is one of the secretaries of the Prime Minister of Scenika, helping the PM run the country smoothly. This is good for him because on the outside, he’s a legitimate government employee, but there’s another truth behind all of this: the truth that Aditya is an Influencer who can influence the willpower of people and get his way in the direst and the trickiest of situations. He works for a huge, worldwide organization called World Influencers’ Society, which in turn is employed by governments and other organizations.
But things turn on their head when he begins making videos for his unborn child to warn them about WIS. His wife discovers these videos and receives a shock when she watches them, because she had no idea that Aditya’s life holds so many secrets. WIS is now hot on his trail because they cannot risk a non-Influencer knowing about them. They want his head and are now working double hard to kill Aditya.
What will Aditya do? What steps will he take to save himself and his family from the clutches of the organization that is now baying for his blood? Will he be able to escape the assassins that WIS is now sending his way? What will he do to save himself and his family? This forms the entire story.
What I Liked About It :
There are quite a few things that I liked about The Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit. Here they are:
• The Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit is a fast-paced book that makes you want to keep flipping the pages and makes you desperate to know what’s coming next. The mark of a good thriller, in my opinion.
• The super intriguing plotline. The concept of ‘influencers’ actually having superpowers to influence the willpower and the decisions that people around them make is something that I absolutely loved.
Here’s a quote that the author used that encompasses the entirety of the Influencers’ powers:
If you think that we influencers can control people, you are wrong. We can’t make them do whatever we want. We are not the mind-controllers you see in paranormal movies, books and comics. What we can actually do is weaken one’s stand about something.
• Good writing. Connecting the plot points in an easy, flowing manner is an art unto itself and the author has done it well.
• Easy-to-read, beginner-friendly language. This, combined with all the points mentioned before, makes for a very intriguing thriller that will keep you invested from beginning to end.
• The author brings up some very interesting moral conundrums and food for thought. Especially in these places, the writing is lucid and beautiful, making you think about your own morals and beliefs.
• The book keeps you on the edge of your seat, which is great for a thriller with such high stakes.
• That cliffhanger! It was unexpected and thrilling and I was so disappointed there wasn’t more! And now, I’m really looking forward to reading the sequel to this book!
What I Didn’t Like About It :
Despite the outstanding pluses, I did have a few things that I wasn’t satisfied with in here.
• There’s quite too much of moralizing and rambling throughout the book. I don’t disagree with them, not one bit, but in quite a few places, they can get a bit much.
• The language doesn’t fit well sometimes and becomes unnecessarily flowery. For example, there’s a point in the book where comes the sentence: “She betook herself to the kitchen.” Which is a perfectly mundane task. But using ‘betook’ makes it too Shakespeare-y for the setting.
• There are too many details in the writing sometimes. Every single action and sub-action need not be described.
• The writing gets inconsistent. It gets better in places (the moral thoughts) and mediocre at best in others (some descriptions of the characters’ everyday lives).
• There are high stakes to the story here, yes, but the path seems a little contrived.
Final Verdict :
Despite the things that I didn’t like, I feel like this book’s potential to interest and intrigue you with its concept far outshines its little flaws. It’s a good, fast-paced read to get into and with a plotline like that, it’s sure to swoosh upwards with a little bit of help.
I really, really liked it and I’m sure I’m going to pick up its sequel as well.

I would suggest this book to beginners as this book is really enchanting and I would also suggest this book to those who are in their reading slumber as this is book can help you to overcome the reading slumber. The thrill kept on increasing with every chapter and I am quite shocked after reading the epilogue and now waiting eagerly for the climax.

The twist comes when his wife discovers his secret and from there everything goes berserk. The book hooks you from the very first page and then there is no turning back. The scenes can be visualised and felt. Readers are bound to go through thrill and excitement. Characters are interesting and well developed and one can connect very easily. The book not only provides a thrilling read but also gives food for thought through the conversations between the husband and wife. The title is apt and the epilogue maintains the thrill.

He is part of an organization called WIS and works secretly with police, leaders and businessmen. WIS has strict rules, no one can get out of the company without permission and no one can tell these secrets to anyone.
So what happens when Aditya's wife comes to know of this from the videos he is making for their future kid. Will WIS forgive Aditya for the biggest crime possible in their organization? Will Aditya be able to influence the influencers to forgive him?
Read this amazing thriller to know more.
-Well, the plot is very interesting and unique. The characters are very well portrayed, even side characters like the wife of Aditya, mentor of Aditya are some which I loved.
-The book could have been a little more polished, in between there were many instances where I found myself drifting away from the stories and that is not how I liked thrillers to be.
-Last fifty pages were too good though, the fast-paced chase was very thrilling to read.
-The story ends on a cliffhanger and can't wait to read the next part.
-Overall, it is a good read.

Now imagine what would happen if Influencers become influencers in it's very true sense? And not the ones' with plethora of social media following being used up by the brands for the promotion, but imagine what if quality of influencing people actually being a gift!
This is exactly what the secret organisation WIS is all about, a legacy of gifted people with supernatural powers of influencing the very mental state of being.
Our male protagonist Aditya is a single element of this organisation who lives under the decoy of being a government servant helping the Prime Minister with his international trades.
But what happens when his wife Shreya blows his cover? How is WIS going to punish him for breaking the solemn rule for his existence?
I have Read very few mystery fictions and liked even fewer, and am glad that I took a chance for this one, depsite the cover doesn't do much justice to it, because maybe only beginners would be attracted with that one.
But the plot line which sets vivid images running frame by frame in our heads while Aditya is on the run dwindling in the dilemma to leave and save his own life while figuring out how to protect his pregnant wife, is totally worth your time .
The narration though gripping seems to have repeated flashbacks which if avoided can make it a shorter and a better quality content, I'm satisfied with the newness it brought to my thoughts.

However, Aditya becomes a part of the shadow organization called WIS. This is the other side of the hero that no one knows. But accidentally, Shreya comes to know about this one fine day. She is completely shocked. Things go haywire, and WIS learns Aditya is cooking up some story. Now, they are on their way to revenge against him and want him dead. What is WIS, and why is Aditya a part of it? Does WIS favor the government, or not? Was Aditya a traitor after all?
I am not new to Abhaidev's novels. So I know his style of writing and now used to it. But for newbies, I can tell you to trust his books and read them. In this millennial era where every other person that we come across deems himself or herself to be a celebrity by being a social media influencer, we are introduced to our protagonist Aditya, who is a part of a secret society called WIS (World Influencers Society). He is an actual influencer, whose job is to influence people and make them servile.
Of course, being part of a secret society means that Aditya actually needs to keep this strictly confidential, however an unintended miscue on his part results in something lethal and ghastly that will leave uneding repercussions in its wake.
The big question remains regarding who will triumph in this war of wills, a man who never gives up on anything or the organization that is supposedly unbeatable in its own right.
I quite liked the writing style of the author and the way with which the story flowed, making the readers engaged throughout.
There is a HFN ending in the book, however that absolutely major cliffhanger in the epilogue had me biting my nails with anticipation on what will be coming next. Hence, I am going to give this book FIVE SPEED STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aditya, a citizen of a fictional land Scenika was born with some supernatural power about which he has zero knowledge. He used to think that he was cool and everyone just love him but the casanova Aditya become serious towards his life once he came to know about his true identity. Aditya was an Influencer who can influence others and was associated with the World Influencer Society.
His life was sorted as his every dream come true. However, his one careless mistake precipitates into his wife knowing his secret. This put Aditya and his wife's life in danger and with this began a race between him and WIS.
The story is jam-packed with twists and turns which will keep you hooked till the last page. The author has used riched vocabulary while the overall language of the book is easy which makes the reading journey smooth. The author has aptly worked upon minute details because of which a reader can easily visualise the entire story.
I like reading thrillers with fast pace and lots of suspense and this was one such book.

Being an influencer he had the ability to make people take decision according to his will even from fifty meters away. But on the other hand his other work was concealed of his being a part of WIS. But a single error ruins his track..

It's a story that has a speed based excitement, dozes of thrilling jumps and twist and turns. The story of PM's assistant who is at a high risk now accidentally. This is a perfect unputdownable novel with primary and secondary characters who play a significant role in holding the plot strongly, like Rishab, Gaurav and also Shreya, Aditya's wife.

✓Are you looking for an action packed thriller with an unique plot, which won't disappoint you? Well, this is exactly where your search ends. The story revolves around Aditya, a government employee who has the power to literally influence anybody. However, his wife, Shreya soon finds out that Aditya has a big secret. The story revolves around the love life of the couple. The story also focuses on how Aditya goof up with a shadow organization called WIS. Will Aditya succeed in saving his life? Read the book to know more. Just go for it. The book captivated my interest from the very beginning and I was hooked till the very end. I absolutely loved the plot. The storyline is fast paced. The language is lucid, making it comfortable for the beginners. However, the story does require lot of concentration and patience.The title of the book does justice with the story. Im definitely going to read it once more. Highly recommended!

This book has a really intriguing premise that made me pick it up right way. I am glad I did.It was a unique plot am action packed thrilling read with twists that I didn't see coming.
There's a secret organization WIZ who hires Influencers, these are the people who with the power of their minds can make other people agreeable and servile.Aditya is an Influencer living a double life but when his secret is unraveled by his wife Shreya all hell breaks loose. Now he is being hunted by his organisation.
The fast pace and the action keeps you hooked. I can't even explain the adrenaline rush i got while reading the action packed thrilling scenes.The story is written with great balance it has elements of romance, suspense, thrills and action. All blended together beautifully.
Looking forward to reading more of Abhaidev's works.

'The Influencer' - when I read this title, I was reminded of the common meaning we have given this word today - a person on social media who uses their platform to 'influence' people. That isn't the 'influencer' this book talks about though. The story is about Aditya, who looks like a usual commoner but is anything but that. He can influence valuable decisions (hence the title) and works for a shadow organization called the WIS. But life changes for him when his unsuspecting wife stumbles upon his hidden secrets and the WIS targets Aditya. What he does next makes the crux of this book.
This was one hell of a thriller! I can totally say it was a page turner, with a great pace and and a gripping narrative. The author has written this book in a way that makes you want to read more and more. The book succeeds to keep you hooked to it from page one!
I felt like the the book got more and more interesting with each chapter and each twist and turn. And that epilogue! I'm excited to read more about The Influencer, and I'm hoping there will be a sequel soon!

This book is about a different kind of influencer. Aditya,the protagonist, works for WIS. This agency works with the police to negotiate a favourable deal with the criminals.
Shreya soon unravels the secrets of her husband. Aditya is already targeted by his own agency. Can he save his own life in this terrific adventure?
The book is really unique in its depiction of thrill mixed with science. The Influencer by Abhaidev is a fast paced book which kept me hooked till the end.
Every chapter has some thrilling ending, impossible to predict what happens next.

Aditya & Shreya. Somehow, I've lived and played the role of both the characters while reading this book which kind of pulled me into a journey where the paths were both upside down. I kind of felt that this book introduces a new modern era tale where the story is brand new whereas the end is something one would find difficulty in expecting. Divided into different chapters, the book takes a turn in every alternate chapter as the book is a fast paced read and that's the thing which kept me engaged with this read until the epilogue made its appearance. I found the book to be a master read to a certain extent although the characterization could have been improvised. Plotline is well designed and so is the title. Couldn't find the cover page to be an alluring one but the content truly is appealing and that's like a treat to the eyes of the reader.
A perfect choice from my end is what I would end up saying.

The story is quite interesting even when the end was pretty predictable.
It has a repetition of lots of sentences which made it 100 page too long.
Otherwise I genuinely enjoyed it. Especially the Epilogue, now I need to know what happens next. Waiting for part 2 already!

This book is fast paced with a well-developed storyline. It has twists and turns at the right places and the story is gripping. I loved the mind games that the characters played with each other. The situations seem realistic especially when a secret agent is involved. The philosophical aspect of the story is well-timed which makes it an interesting read.

So, things kept going on like this until an organization named "WIS" contacted him.
They told Aditya that he was an influencer, which means he had a special gift through which he can bend almost anyone's will and make them do whatever he wants.
WIS was a very secret organization like SHIELD!
They were the people who actually ruled this world by helping leaders at every stage.
They helped the police, CEOs, politicians, and many others to achieve the best deals. It all depended on who hired them and at what price.
So, Aditya joined them and started his training.
Very soon he showed his true talent.
And got hired by the prime minister himself. Aditya became a shining star, married his love, everything was going well.
But after some years he lost interest!
Many unethical things were going on, and he just couldn't tolerate all this. It was a kinda prison for him.
So, he made a series of videos for his future child fearing that he could be dead pretty soon and the child must be warned against WIS.
Aditya explained his story, the work he had done, everything in those videos.

The characters, their backstories, situations, everything is explained beautifully.
And that suspense, Oh Man! It's too good. It literally surpassed all my expectations.

The Influencer is a very interesting book. Nowadays, I'm more into thrillers and fiction, so I had to get my hands on this book. This is a fantastic thriller book which made me quite excited in the beginning and I loved this book thoroughly. Talking about the cover and the title, I loved the cover, just the way it is. The cover is actually designed perfectly and the seems damn appealing to the readers. The cover of the book has a phrase, which says, You don't wanna cross paths with him, and this made me more curious to know what is in the book. So, basically, the cover and title just are enough to create the hype to read this book.
Talking about the plot, the story, it's just beyond words. I've never read something which shook my head. The story begins when a woman feels insecure about the password-protected files in her husband's laptop, which she was not at all supposed to see. This was the real turning point in the life of our main character.
The protagonist of the story is Aditya, a real-life influencer and not just a social media star. According to the world and his wife, Aditya is a normal government employee who's just supposed to work in front of the laptop and go back home after finishing the work. But, this is not the real Aditya. Aditya is someone, who is working secretly under WIS. WIS says, you join and do not leave it until you die or retire. WIS is a special organization that works with different 15 people, helping the police, company, and even government to influence the opposition in negotiating a favorable deal. Now that, his wife knows the secret, and WIS knows about this blunder happening. Aditya had to be killed but he found it best and obviously important to run for his life. He was declared on a manhunt. He has been a secret for everyone till now but no more. But what is written for him in the future? How is he going to save himself from all these situations?
Tbh, the end is fantastic, Aditya will prove the real meaning of influencer and I loved the way the author narrated the end. You just did not see this comingg. I seriously am curious to know if there's a sequel coming out soon? I'd love to read that too.
The author simply wrote these thrilling scenes which were not easy for me to take in. A few complex and thrilling but dangerous events made me create the best imagination in my head, which is not easy for every author to do so.
Truly, a nail-biting, suspenseful and mystery, and whatnot. Twists and turns throughout the book. I was just curious each and every time to know what is gonna happen next. This book made me give it 5 stars because it deserved it all. It has been one of the best thrillers on my reading list lately. Must grab your copies super soon.

Aditya and Shreya are perfectly married and happy with each other. They first met when Aditya saw Shreya feeding ice creams to poor children on a hot summer evening, he eventually made his first move, and things turn out pretty well for them. It has been 2 years since the incident & they still share the same feelings.
Aditya works as a secretary of the Prime Minister whereas Shreya's passion is painting. Everything was going well between the two but one fine day, Shreya found a file in Aditya's laptop The file 13579 had a password on it which provoked her curiosity. After many tries, she succeeds in getting the password but little did she know that everything in her life will be at stake.
The file consists of videos of her husband. The Aditya she knows and loves is not an ordinary person, he is an L4 classified influencer (Not the social media influencer) & influencers are the ones who influence people to listen in their favour and he works in the WIS organisation.
She doesn't know how to react to her husband's truth. Everything in her life is now upside-down. Is Aditya the same person Shreya had once loved? Had Aditya influenced her too? What is this WIS organisation? Why did Aditya have to hide his identity from Shreya?
So, here goes the short summary. Honestly, the first half of the book was interesting with all the nail-biting suspense. But after that, it just went downhill. But the last few chapters were good and made me curious about so many things. The ending piqued my interest.
I love the plot, The influencer concept was so raw & distinctive. The world-building & storytelling was remarkable & informative. And the explanation behind every statement made the book more extraordinary. & Yes its a sci-fi. I can't wait for the sequel.
Some sentences I would like to share with y'all.
1. "Things were different in the past. People idolized thinkers, philosophers, artists and scientists. Today the world admires CEOs, businessmen and managers. Basically, the people who are rich and successful in terms of wealth. This is why the world today is messed up."
2. For Marx, the only thing that motivates humans is money. For Freud, it’s libido. And for Schopenhauer, it is the blind metaphysical will. All are horribly wrong. More than anything, man seeks meaning in his life. And in that meaning, he seeks superiority over others. Yeah, the search for a purpose is what drives us all the time.
This moved me. It made me think of how true this sentence is.
The lessons which Aditya shared for her child is so valuable. Overall, it's a good book.
Aditya works as a secretary of the Prime Minister whereas Shreya's passion is painting. Everything was going well between the two but one fine day, Shreya found a file in Aditya's laptop The file 13579 had a password on it which provoked her curiosity. After many tries, she succeeds in getting the password but little did she know that everything in her life will be at stake.
The file consists of videos of her husband. The Aditya she knows and loves is not an ordinary person, he is an L4 classified influencer (Not the social media influencer) & influencers are the ones who influence people to listen in their favour and he works in the WIS organisation.
She doesn't know how to react to her husband's truth. Everything in her life is now upside-down. Is Aditya the same person Shreya had once loved? Had Aditya influenced her too? What is this WIS organisation? Why did Aditya have to hide his identity from Shreya?
So, here goes the short summary. Honestly, the first half of the book was interesting with all the nail-biting suspense. But after that, it just went downhill. But the last few chapters were good and made me curious about so many things. The ending piqued my interest.
I love the plot, The influencer concept was so raw & distinctive. The world-building & storytelling was remarkable & informative. And the explanation behind every statement made the book more extraordinary. & Yes its a sci-fi. I can't wait for the sequel.
Some sentences I would like to share with y'all.
1. "Things were different in the past. People idolized thinkers, philosophers, artists and scientists. Today the world admires CEOs, businessmen and managers. Basically, the people who are rich and successful in terms of wealth. This is why the world today is messed up."
2. For Marx, the only thing that motivates humans is money. For Freud, it’s libido. And for Schopenhauer, it is the blind metaphysical will. All are horribly wrong. More than anything, man seeks meaning in his life. And in that meaning, he seeks superiority over others. Yeah, the search for a purpose is what drives us all the time.

✅Hey readers,I think if I mention term "influencer" So only one answer will come in everyone's Mind"The ones who are social media celebrities. Those who have lots of followers and start a trend if you pay them But have you heard about those influencers who are even unknown by the general public and works in dark? "The influencer"give all the answer about the above question.When I read the book description first time Adtiya's character and it's story sounds already really fantastic but now I can say it's much more then something I think.This is a well crafted story featuring tidbits about influencers that aren't well known.So,let's talk about it.
✅Story opens when Shreya(Aditya's wife)checking Aditya(Protagonist) laptop and found some strange videos that probably shouldn't have been found.In those videos Aditya reveals his life journey till now and some dark secrets about himself from which Shreya was unaware.Aditya is working at PMO office but secretly he is also a part of an organization called WIS(world Influencer society).This is an organization of influencers which are not common because they work for few individuals who are in position of power and their work is to make people more agreeable.WIS is a top-secret organisation that no one knows about its existence and Once you join, you can't leave or resign until you die or retire.One of the most important rules of WIS is that you cannot reveal your identify to anyone, even if it is a family member, and if you do, the effects will be disastrous.Now that Shreya is aware of the secret, WIS keeps a close eye on each influencer about their activities.Aditya one small mistake puts his life is in jeopardy because WIS only wants his death.Now can Adtiya lost his life or will WIS change their decision ? Read to unveil this truth.
✅Undoubtedly Story is too good and the flow is really smooth.Once you start reading this novel you can't get up without completing it and book end will show you that sometimes impossible things are quite possible.Charaters are still moving in my mind because they are very well defined.Conversation between characters and storytelling style of author is on the track throughout out the book.If you want to experience some unique thriller story then this one will never dissappoint you.Thanks for your precious time.

Abhaidev's The Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit is one of the finest thrillers I've ever read. From the first page, the book will give you goosebumps. This is my second read by the author, and while I was previously pleased by his work, I am now a great admirer of his work and would like to read more of his works in the future, most likely thrillers.
The narrative focuses around Aditya, who was one of the Prime Minister's Assistants but was not an average guy since he possessed supernatural abilities that allowed him to influence others and force them to work for him. Isn't this a fascinating fact? However, the tale is based on the idea that just a few people had influence over the planet, and Aditya was one of them.
Aditya was a covert agent of WIS, a strong organization that works secretly and assists the police and government, in addition to being the PM's assistant. Everything was well until Aditya's secret of being an agent was discovered by his wife, which was against the organization's policy, and the incident turned the tables on him; all WIS wanted was for Aditya to die.
Go and grab your copies of the book to learn more about the narrative and find out what will Aditya do now? Will the organisation kill him? Will Aditya be able to survive because of his influential powers? A detailed narrative which will surely amaze you all.
Our protagonist, Aditya, is considered an Influencer who can make others follow him using his skills, thus the title is self-explanatory, but the book cover itself gives off scary vibes. I had no problems with the language, and I didn't see any errors in the tale; it was well-paced and able to keep the reader's full attention.
Overall, I enjoyed the book and found myself engrossed throughout my reading. The idea of only a few people being capable of choosing the fate of the entire planet was interesting and unusual in and of itself. The story's ups and downs, as well as Aditya's complete journey of WIS and then fighting against them, grabbed my attention. I would strongly recommend the book to each of you.

Title : For most of us in today’s world Influencer means Social media influencers. I was thinking in the same lines until I read the book , I could understand why the title is the influencer. The one who influences masses together. The title justifies the story.
Cover page : Cover page depicts a thrill inside the story , which is true indeed. A very attractive cover page.
Story/ Plot : Shreya and Aditya are a happy couple until Shreya finds a secret folder in laptop. The secret folder speaks about the mysterious life of Aditya who is working in PMO. Untill then his job was just like any other high profile job for Shreya , but as she scrolls through the videos.
The videos feature Aditya and he is referencing or addressing the video to his daughter. Supposedly she has to go through all the videos after she reaches 18.
Aditya has poured his heart and soul in the video. He has mentioned about his childhood, his experiences, his rejection, his awareness about the fact that he has a special quality which makes him a people person.
It took quite a years for Aditya to understand the fact that he has been always watched and he is recruited for World Influencers Society. A secret group of people who use their talent to make others agree to their viewpoint. Mostly influencers work in the political circuit so that they can influence the ideas to the other clients and parties for the well-being of the nation. Aditya started his first job in police department. He gets connected to and is mentored by Rishab.
Life goes on until one incident strikes Aditya as an influencer as well there is a hit on his personal life. Things will not go well between Aditya and Shreya due to the secrecy.

Influencer: Speed Must Have a Limit, written by Abhaidev is the story of a young man who was sought-after by an international organization called WIS, World Influencers Society. Influencer is neither a light nor a familiar word as one might think. It comes with greater responsibilities and great responsibilities are often tailed by dangers. Ambitious Aditya Gupta fell for the lucrative offer and the prestigious position. With prudence and the right mentor on his side, he scaled up a few levels, without any bloopers in his career. A man could be astute, but not devoid of his own folly. In a thoughtless moment, he did something, which was against the WIS rules and it kept him and his pregnant wife running. He escaped from his assassin and even better, got him killed. Miracles happen only once. In Aditya’s case it happened twice, and thrice. At least that is what he had thought.
The book Influencer: Speed Has to Have a Limit, with an interesting plot is a light read. Though it was a bit dragging in the first half, it succeeded in keeping the reader on the edge in the next half. The story is sprinkled with a lot of philosophical discussions, which make the reader read the author’s mind, beliefs and philosophies easily. On a few occasions, I wondered if his favoritism towards his client has exceeded far and deliberate.
I found the execution dull and thought the acknowledgement part was rather immature. A good editing might have helped in polishing the writing style where he records videos for his child. It also irked me a little, to read in quite a few places, ‘Thanks to me, Thanks to my powers, because of him and my powers, etc’. But then it can be justified with the hero admitting that he is a narcissist in the beginning of the story. Using real names for countries would have been better instead of making them sound like European countries, only with their citizens' names and currency as Indian. One thing I found amiss is that while filming Aditya talks about his regrets in considering Rishab as a father figure (page 120), while it is only later, in the second half, that Rishab actually plays behind his back. How could he have known it before Rishab played?

✨SYNOPSIS: When I had read the tittle of the book I was under the impression that this book would be about the social media influencer as the tittle suggest. However, it has changed my perception upside down when I had opened the book and started reading it. The book is a story of the protagonist who has some influential power and working with a secret agency.
✨NOVELTY: From the title and the plot of the book I was amazed throughout with the imagination of author. Who has ended up writing such a good thriller with elements of science in it.
✨GUESSWORK: The book is so engrossing and page turner which doesn't lead reader to think about what is coming in the way.
✨LANGUAGE: The language of the book is quite polished and narration compliments the plot beautifully.
✨FINAL CALL: Aditya secret life story unravel by his wife Shreya and now it has become life threatening. He has been declared for the manhunt. How he will be able to save himself and how his influencer life will change. Overall, it's indeed a nail biting and interesting story to unravel.
